Outstanding Quality & Service!

I recently purchased furniture from Tavolo and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions I had.

The quality of the furniture is top notch solid craftsmanship, stylish design, and attention to detail that really stands out. Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Tavolo Furniture has completely transformed my space, and I’ve already recommended them to friends and family. If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality furniture and great service, look no further!

The Nuvola sofa has been such a great addition to my home. It’s super comfy and honestly just makes it way too easy to spend an entire Sunday doing nothing.
The cushions are soft but supportive, and it has that perfect sink-in feel without being a pain to get up from - It looks great too, but really, it’s the comfort that sold me!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Tavolo Furniture. I placed an order and paid in full on 15th April 2025, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 6–8 weeks. It’s now the end of June, and after more than 11 weeks, I still have not received the chair — or any consistent communication about when I will.

Throughout the process, I had to chase for updates, repeatedly ask for tracking information, and only received vague explanations and shifting timelines. I was even told the chair was packaged and ready nearly six weeks ago, yet it somehow remained undelivered. Later, I was informed of delays due to customs checks — which, while understandable, were not communicated proactively.

The final straw was that after formally requesting a refund due to the significant delay, my message was ignored entirely. As of writing this, I still have no chair, no delivery date, no refund, and no resolution.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Tavolo Furniture to anyone seeking reliability, professionalism, or basic customer support.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! The quality is TERRIBLE. Table and chairs arrived looking nothing like it did online. Unvanquished with nails sticking on of chairs, splinters and chips. They refused to accept a return or respond after our complaint. They even blocked me on instagram.

I just ordered a sofa and an ottoman and they’ve just arrived - The quality is truly outstanding, far better than I expected - I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of Tavolo, but I am now so happy that I trusted my instincts and took the leap! Communication was EXCELLENT!

Ordered 2 armchairs, and when they arrived they were in really bad shape. Extremely poorly made, even different wood used on each chair. Just awful.
I was promised a refund, but after a month since them confirming i still hadn't received it. I had to make a claim through Paypal which was found in my favour but that is the only way i got my money back. Wouldn't ever use them again.

I ordered a sofa which turned up late in the wrong colour. Initial communication was good via whatapp then deterioriated. The sofa has been returned but not £1.5k of my money and communication is now non existent. This is an instagram front for a very shady business
