Fantastic service and advice from Torvelo
Fantastic service and advice from Doog, as always. I wouldn't go anywhere lese for bike repairs / servicing. Very fair charges for servicing/repair work and competitive pricing for spare parts.

Great service from Doog
Booked a standard service but Doog honestly said my bike only needed a basic service and saved me some money there.
He gave great advice on wheels and spent lots of time explaining why certain choices were better.
He also spent a lot of his time resolving a difficult issue with my bike having a very narrow headset that needed replacing. I was grateful that he didn't pass me onto another shop to resolve it or say it wasn't fixable.
I recommend Torvelo!

Doog was brilliant with my insurance…
Doog was brilliant with my insurance quotation following a collision with a car. He was very quick to get the bike back on the road and worked with me to produce a quotation for the remaining work.

Been having my bikes serviced and race…
Been having my bikes serviced and race prepped throughout the season. Bikes have been running like new each time. Brought in some problems with short notice and everything has been fixed real quick. Great mechanic. Great Craic.

Called Doug with a problem with Di2, taken bike and and left for Doug to do his magic. Bike returned in couple of days, problem solved.

I’ve had 2 bikes repaired and serviced…
I’ve had 2 bikes repaired and serviced at Torvelo this summer and with each bike, the experience has been fantastic. Servicing and repairs done to the highest standard (Doog even managed to fix a recurring bottom bracket creak that I was close to giving up on). Doog sticks to his deadlines and is a pleasure to deal with.
