Lots of good information and options based on my riding style, great final job and great comms!

Had my road bike in for a standard service and some parts fitted due to a bit of neglect over the winter riding. Bike taken in over the weekend and updated over the phone with where they were with the service. Bike handed back with everything on the service broken down into easy to understand terms (for non bike heads!) and a quick lesson on how to provide more TLC to the bike.

Fantastic service, great price, even better customer service. I've already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to use them in future.

Expert and friendly bike mechanic, who knows a lot about bikes. The guy Doug can fix anything that your bike requires, and was good enough to do a thorough check on the safety of my bike.

The thing that stands out the most about Torvelo is how much extra effort is put in to keep your parts running. Doog went out his way to source a rare aftermarket part to fix my Campy freebub and save me a lot of money by not having to replace the entire thing!

I recommend Torvelo to everyone! I had crashed my bike before taking it in. I booked my bike in for a service to check over it and I got a call back on this very quickly. In the end I ended up needing new wheels and tyres which were offered to me for a very competitive price. My bike was sorted before my weekend ride, the bike was completed in only a couple of days. The service included guidance on rim and wheel choices ( they’re very knowledgeable on lifespan and quality of components!), as well as fitting the parts. I was very pleased with the quality of the service and care! I’m a repeat customer and would definitely go again!

Doog not only replaced and fixed my exhausted brakes, but gave my bike a full once over, and told me what would also require attention once I had a chance. He is embarrassingly knowledgeable about bikes, but was patient and friendly even to a cyclist who hobbled up on a high-mileage Brompton!

Ordered some 1 1/4" headset spacers online but the wrong ones were send by mistake (1 1/8"). Called & spoke to Doug who apologised for the error. Correct spacers arrived a couple of days later with a pre paid envelope to return the incorrect spacers. All very good, & professionally dealt with.

On-the-spot spoke repair and wheel balance, great price. Doog is a very nice guy, informative and highly experienced. Would highly recommend and will absolutely use again.
