First time using Torvelo. Doog took bike in at short notice and sorted very quickly. Excellent service at a very fair cost. An independent close to Glasgow City Centre /West End who should be supported. Iain

A quick change
Another fine job.
When wireless components fail. I learned that with the right levers you can run a 12 speed sram axs setup with sram etap front 11 speed and rear mechs. There is a jump but keeps me on the road.

Booked my aging road bike in for a full service. Doug kept me up to date with everything that needed done (which was quite abit as I expected). All around excellent service, and the bike feels like new.

Bike serviced and repaired
Bike was serviced within agreed time and at the given price. I then realised I needed a new chain set. (We had talked about this before the service but Doog had avoided the hard sell and told me to wait and see how the bike was after the service.) When I realised I needed the chain set, Doog did this at very short notice while I waited in the workshop. Bike now runs lovely and smooth. A really nice and efficient job and great value for money. Would definitely use again.

Booked in for a pedal bracket replacement.
Doog who was working on it noticed a couple of minor issues outwith of repair and sorted for me.
Much appreciated, as a result much smoother ride.

Great Experience
Had a great first visit where we decided what work was to be done. There was no ‘this has to be done’. I was given the reasons and costs for each bit of work and allowed to make up my own decision. Didn’t feel pressured at all, especially for someone who’s bike mechanic knowledge isn’t great. Will definitely be back.
