Doog was super helpful and most importantly to me honest! He did a superb job on fixing my rear wheel - top marks. I will definitely use again and will recommend to others too.

Building my Pearson On and On Aero
Took my Pearson 'On and On Aero' frameset to Doog to be built using SRAM components. He did a fantastic job and explained and kept me informed of progress at every turn. Can't recommend Torvelo highly enough. Truly excellent workmanship and, what's more, Doog is a really nice and friendly bloke. No hesitation recommending Torvelo for any job you need done on your bike, including a complete build.

Doog is a very nice guy, very professional mechanic, helped me with a tricky (in my opinion) build that I bought from a friend, and provided me with a lot of useful advice, very happy to have found such a great workshop!

First class service.
Very, very helpful as ever. Stepped up and repaired my bike at very short notice after a fall. First class workmanship for a very reasonable charge. Cannot ask for any better.

Doog is the best!
Doog is the best! First rate mechanic. Won't take my bike anywhere else. This time Doog changed my wheel bearings while I waited (for convenience). It was interesting to see the immaculate attention to detail Doog has...cleaning and greasing absolutely every component. I'm very particular about my bikes, but don't press bearings...I couldn't have done a better job myself even if I did! Perfect service! Thanks Doog!

Bike service and a couple of repairs done quickly & properly, as well as advice on future upgrades (much needed!), and couldn't have been more helpful & informative to a newbie to road cycling.

Super helpful
I was referred to Dougie who couldn't have been more helpful. With 3 days before the Loch Ness Etape he fixed my gearing problem and also a headset/cabling issue he discovered. Superb.

Seized Through Axle
I put my bike in for a service and also highlighted an issue I had with a seized through axle which was stopping me removing the front wheel. Doog sorted the issue with the front axle, explained exactly what he'd done and also what options I had in terms of replacing or keeping it, so an easy decision in the end.
Doog also took the time to explain all that he had done in servicing my bike and broke down the costs so it was all easy to understand, which was most appreciated.
I would definitely recommend and will be back next time the bike needs a service.
