OPTIMA TAX WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY TOOK OUR DEPOSIT AND THE AGENT STOPPED COMMUNICATING. WE CALLED AND EMAILED WITH NO RESPONSE. OUR CALLS TO OPTIMA WERE ROUTED TO THE AGENT WITH NO RESPONSE. WE REACHED A DIFFERENT AGENT ON 7-1-2026. ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WERE TOLD NO. BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE!

I had the worse experience with an advocate, he never communicated with me at all, I had to do all the investigation on my case. after 10 long months of me waiting I finally called the line and they gave me an update after I told them I was going to report them for not doing there job it was so disappointing future reference do the stuff your self they are getting paid to do nothing at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company was great to work with. They helped guide me out of a very stressful situation. I had an IRS revenue officer that was showing up at my office. They set me up on a payment plan that was reasonable and I no longer worry about this hanging over my head.

Charged me 9k to do 7 years of unfiled returns. Said they could reduce what I owed. Turned out I owed 11k and I still owe 11k even after paying this company 9k. Didn't reduce my debt a dime. Giant ripoff.

I had a great experience with Tax Advocate Center. I owed over $38,000 to the IRS & they got it down to $650!! IT did take over a year but they always kept me up to date on what was going on & they never over promised. They gave me the good & the bad of what could happen & kept the IRS off my back. Tax Advocate Center took the time to ask about my tax problem, ask questions but more importantly they LISTEN! I owed over $80,000 & they got it down $850!! It took 10 months but I don't owe the IRS any more. Good job

I'm Levell & I'm in healthcare. With COVID19 my hours have been crazy & I have had no time to deal with my $68,583 tax debt. I was about to get garnished 50% of my paycheck!! No thank you!!
