We are a rapidly expanding UK based firm of online accountants who service businesses and individuals across the UK. As an online firm, our costs are much lower than high street accountants who have additional costs such as receptionists and expensive high street offices. Our lower costs combined with an efficient paperless workflow means we can set unbeatably low prices. In fact, our prices are often found to be 75% - 90% less than our competition. You will be allocated your own experienced chartered accountant who will answer your accountancy and tax related questions and ensure all work is completed accurately before filing. Get timely answers to your queries for no extra cost. Our accountants monitor inboxes for urgent emails to which we reply immediately! We aim to reply to all non-urgent queries within 1 - 2 working days. Bookkeeping software such as FreeAgent, Xero and QuickBooks typically costs £300+ per year. Unlike other firms, we do not require you to buy or use any bookkeeping software. We know bookkeeping software is expensive, draining to learn and time consuming to use. At taxez, as part of our business package we offer to produce your accounts from your business bank transactions alone (which can be downloaded easily via online banking, then uploaded securely to our document portal). In fact this is our preferred method as it ensures your accounts are prepared accurately while saving you hours of bookkeeping and reducing your costs. Even if you are VAT registered (obligating you to follow the Making Tax Digital rules) if you prefer not to wrestle with bookkeeping software, we can file your VAT information to HMRC via our simple spreadsheet. Our experienced chartered accountants will claim all available allowances for you and provide advice on how to operate as tax efficiently as possible. Efficient accountancy service I have used for several years
I have been using Taxez for a few years now. They are fast, efficient and cost effective for my micro-entity business. I use them to prepare and file my business year end and self-assessment returns, and for advice on any related matters. My main point of contact is Ali, who gets back to queries I have pretty much the same day and always talks me through any of the complexities involved with the tax return process. It's all via email (they don't do over the phone or in-person) which makes them more suited to modern businesses and people on-the-go who need quick turnarounds, plus there is always a historical record of every communication exchanged for peace of mind. I think this is a top rate service for my particular purposes. Never had an issue with Ali or Taxez in general.

It's my 2nd year of working with Taxez and I'm very happy with their services. The customer portals and systems make everything very smooth and Irtaza and Asad are extremely quick to reply, plus they deal with matters very efficiently. They have turned my end-of-year accounts around very speedily for which i'm very grateful. I will continue to use them.

These guys are fantastic! I submitted my accounts to be processed way too late which was very stressful from my part but Rizwan was really helpful with a quick and professional turn around and got everything submitted on time. Very happy with everything and I would highly recommend.
