Had issues with the roof and then the doors needed additional work. Taylor responded but the quality control should never be left to subcontractors. You still owe me some pricing on a new bathroom

Excellent customer service - excellent product! I had a shower installed where my bathtub had been. This company did an amazing job and the customer service was the best I have ever seen with what to expect and follow up. They are top notch!!

I had Taylor 2 years ago put in a walking shower . Taylor left my bathroom woodwork all nicked up and the floor with dents in it
plus a lot of glue which I still can not get up 2 years later.
they sent someone out to fix these issue his solution was to paint over all the damage instead of replacing it . the paint on the floor has
now washed away so I have black spots on my white floor.
an I am very unhappy with the way my bathroom looks today instead of being very please . I payed over $8000.00 dollars for this mess .
think twice before using taylor .

TAYLOR Construction replaced the bottom floor windows in my home 3.5 years ago. It was a home built in the early 90s with single-pane windows that were all nailed shut.

They came out and presented to us several window products they had available. Within a couple of months, they had all of the windows made and installed - it was just in time for the winter weather...

They did such a great job - the double-pane tinted windows are effective and looks great on the house... I had them come back and replace the top floor windows with the same models they used on the bottom floor... great energy-savers.

I even had one down-stairs window broken last year...they had it replaced fairly quickly at no cost - great warranty.

I will definitely have them come back to replace our foyer window along with our entire door and side windows.

The high-level of customer care provided by both the sales team and work crew was exceptional. The quality of materials used, in my case windows and attic insulation, was made using quality materials that perform as expected. I'm so pleased with the overall experiences, I will continue my relationship with Taylor Construction for future home-improvement projects and recommend them to friends, family and anyone else in need of quality materials/services.

Taylor Construction did an excellent job in replacing our windows. We had all the windows in our home replaced and they completed the job in one day. I would highly recommend them if you plan to replace your windows. They also did a great job at cleaning everything up when they were finished.

Shower was installed in two days as ordered. Looks beautiful and is excellent for use by a physically challenged individual. Cleaning is a breeze. Great investment.

Had a problem with my gutter. Called Taylor Construction , sent pictures of my problem , a couple days later they were here and fixed it. All is great now and works good.

Excellent product and professional installers.

This is the second time we used Taylor Construction. We find them totally professional in their handing of projects from start to finish. We had a informative session before we decided on using them for remodeling our bathrooms. The representative answered all of our question. The installation was totally professional and there was a followup to see if we were satisfied. We previously used this company for installation of gutter guards and were very happy with the way the project was handled.

Very happy with the product. Had one very minor problem, they came over and took care of it.

Very good customer oriented, The two brothers that installed the tub were so determined to do a job that pleased us. And so they did. I have had calls from Taylor Construction asking if the job was done right and if we were pleased. I appreciate their concern that we are completely satisfied.

They were honest and did everything they said they were going to do.The job was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was of high quality.

Everyone that we dealt with was knowledgeable about the product and helpful. We were not pressured into purchasing more than we needed or could afford. Taylor Construction is a company that can be trusted.

The caulking around the windows has started to crack within two month of installation. Other than that, I am very satisfied up to this point.
