Tayvos Avis 

This cd player is garbage and so is the company’s return policy. The cd player was faulty and would not function properly. I followed the refund instructions to send in my reason for needing to return the item. They responded by asking me to video the cd player “ not working.” This is so ridiculous and I have told the company how offended I am by this request. I just want my $200+ back and have no address with which to send back the junk they pass for a cd player.

Tayvos lied about every aspect of their tablet. Their tablet is NOT 4K, it is 1280 x 800, which is less than one eighth of a 4K screen. It is NOT the 'golden ratio' 16:10, it is 16:9. It is NOT an OLED screen, but a cheap TFT. The CPU is NOT the Mediatek MTK X30 Processor they claim. That processor is 10 years old and was ONLY ever used in a few phones. The Mediatek MTK X30 is not 5G capable, and yet Tayvos also claim their tablet is 5G. The battery cannot be the size they claim, as it would make the tablet much heavier than it is. I contacted several of the companies they claimed endorsed their tablet, as can be found all over their website. A few responded to my communications. All the companies that corresponded with me did not endorse Tayvos. Tayvos has lied about all their endorsements. These are only a few of my complaints. Suffice to say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and they are FALSE ADVERTISERS. I tried to have the tablet refunded, but they refused. I had the money refunded through my credit card. Tayvos tried to make out I had to pay for return delivery.

The bird deterrent product is described as waterproof and after some rainfall this filled up with water. A totally useless product and not worth even a cent! No customer support as no reply to my email, and all they have done is taken my money.

Be VERY aware!!!!! This company engages in SCAM practices.
In particular, they represent themselves as shipping from New Zealand and the product I purchased (A Tayvos solar-powered Ultrasonic bird scarer) was able to be bought in NZ at less than 25% of the price they charged. I was duped into buying the product because they assured me it was better specified than the NZ-sourced products. The other issue I have with Tayvos is that the product was returned to me from China (I paid $90 return freight!!). I followed their return address details to the letter, so why/how returned to sender?!!!
In short, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Dire, knockoff products, fake reviews. Awaiting customer service which is probably non-existent.
Avoid.

Bought bird repellent product which on the website it states that it is water and snow proof. After a week we had rain and it filled up with water and caused the product to fail. Sent them e-mail and they refused to replace!

Wish I had read the reviews befor ordering. Terrible piece of equipment and instructions need a magnifying glass to read. Way overpriced compared to similar items.

Please do not do what I did. Bought a bird Repeller from Tayvos that was rated well according to the % best bird repeller reviews. Sadly I did not review them as a supplier. The product arrived and does not repel birds at all. Then I find the same item I purchased on Kogan 85% cheaper. I paid over $200AUD for this plastic rubbish that does not work. Please check out the reviews and other suppliers before buying anything from them.

False reviews and fake ads. Offers 14" tablet but ships 10" then has IMPOSSIBLE return protocols.

This tablet is very slow to respond. The Google review for this tablet is so misleading i am very dissapointed, wont be buying from this company again.
Do not be fooled by the review like i was.

I have emailed support 3 times no response google recommended this as a top 10 tablet the camera is not working the back gets hot when charging battery.

Agree with previous reviewer that Tayvos are a substitution scam. Received cheap plastic unbranded CD player I can now see is available from another company for half the price I paid, and probably cheaper still elsewhere. Avoid this company.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TAYVOS.
We did and service was amazing. When we changed our mind and wanted to return the goods- service was quick and all emails promptly replied to...
THEN THE REALITY STRUCK.
We did everything they asked to return the goods to them in China - we accepted 20% restocking fee / photos of packed goods / registered mail & tracking numbers sent to them. After many many emails sent and not one reply, we are no closer to getting our refund.

On checking the tracking, the goods had arrived in China and that is where they still are. In China companies need to pay import duty (depending on value of goods) before they will release goods to the company. That is a what TAYVOS refuses to do.
Consequently they have our money and we don't have anything.
Even though we insured the goods, as the tracking shows them arriving at destination (not the company), we are ineligible for compensation.
So anyone considering a purchase from TAYVOS - DONT DO IT!!!!!

I purchased a film Scanner which has proved faulty as I am unable to link the scanner to a PC. It uses Windows XP Vista 7 and 8! Support does not answer email and company sites can not be opened. Has to be a scam? Strongly advise to avoid Taycos with its outdated and faulty equipment.

This is a substitution scam. I ordered a high quality E ink e-reader to replace my aging Kindle. When to product arrived it was a cheap, unbranded knock-off. The kind I can purchase for a quarter the price I paid. I'm trying to get my money back, but don't have high expectations. My advise is to stay away from Tayvos.
