TBR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Disappointing Property Management Experience
Unfortunately, my experience with this property management company was very disappointing. Throughout the tenancy and, particularly, during the final settlement, I found the communication and information provided to be misleading and unclear.
Even after we had reached an agreement and considered the tenancy/settlement closed, unnecessary deductions were made from the final amount. This was extremely frustrating, especially when we had already discussed and agreed on the final settlement.
I believe property managers should be transparent, consistent, and clear about any charges or deductions, particularly when an agreement has already been reached. Unexpected deductions after closure create unnecessary stress and leave tenants feeling that they have not been treated fairly.
I would strongly recommend that future tenants carefully check all charges, deductions and settlement terms in writing before considering the matter finalised.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism or transparency I expected from a property management company.
