I had expected delivery next day by DHL. The order was sent by royal Mail who proved as suspected to be totally unreliable. Meaning delivery took 4 days and we need to collect from their offices!

Excellent company and service
Used The Cigar Holder on a whim as it was local and I needed a gift quickly. The communication was excellent, they do a concierge delivery and it was all excellent. We had a small issue with the colour of the product, to which The Cigar Holder quickly attended to and fixed our issue. Completely satisfied and will use again for sure!
