Product not as expected, but swiftly rectified.
Product received did not meet my expectations of a previous version of this product. Unfortunately this is beyond TCH's control as Xikar has significantly deviated from it's original (perfect) design and created a significantly inferior product. The Ashtray in question is still a good in-car ashtray, unfortunately it's just not the ashtray I wanted/needed.
TCH contacted me swiftly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Réponse de The Cigar Holder Ltd.
Dear Jeff,
We sincerely apologise for the oversight in not responding to your messages promptly and for the inconvenience you experienced with your Xikar Chromed Ashtray, which did not meet the advertised specifications.
As you mentioned during our recent phone conversation, there is indeed a design difference between the first model and the one you received. We acknowledge our responsibility for not promptly updating the product images on our website to reflect this new design. In light of this, we have temporarily suspended the product listing until we can provide accurate and up-to-date images.
Our primary goal is to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, and we are committed to finding a solution that meets your expectations. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns or if there is anything else we can assist you with.
Sincerely,
The Cigar Holder Team

Shortly after placing order for a Sierra Maestra cigar carrier, I received an email advising me exactly how long it would take to personalise and send it, and a date/time to expect delivery. The case arrived today as expected and is a thing of beauty.
