Drew at TCS listened, helped us choose the right printer, and has even helped us learn how to use and troubleshoot the printer when the manufacturer's call center was talking us in circles. They dropped the ball on an order for label stock once, but they took responsibility and righted the wrong, and that's really all we can ask because everybody makes mistakes sometimes. We feel like our business is valued and that is so rare now. We love doing business with TCS.

A representative Melissa went what I would consider above and beyond by reaching out to help me save money by reminding me to provide my sales tax exemption cert. On top of that I noticed an error in the shipping address I had and she quickly corrected it. It was a small order so it this level of detail impressed me. I would highly recommend.
