Need to bae able to add additional names without recreating the entire setup

You're putting the cart before the horse.

I gave you a 1 because you asked me to fill this out before I got a product.
So I haven't had a good experience yet.
My opinion of you may improve after I have a finished product in my hand.
If you wanna send me a survey then.

Can't believe you sent this out before the product was delivered.

You're a mistake is asking me to judge my experience before i've actually had it.

Edit: received my product today the large stickers were waded up in the shipping envelope and are damaged and useless. I need a refund.

My order had stayed “in fulfillment “ since I placed it. After asking for a status I received an update quickly that it was ready to be shipped. Hopefully the company can update status with expected ship dates on future orders.

Fulfillment time

Ordered on June 21, 2026. Today is June 30, 2026. Tracking still shows the package in Georgia. Tracking says package will be delivered on July 2, 2026. If I knew it would take this long to print and receive 100 2inch stickers, I would not have placed my order. Suffice it to say, we did not receive the stickers in time for a catering order. Will not order again.

This company has changed a lot

This company has changed a lot, and it's a real shame. Previously, prices were available in Canadian dollars, but they switched to US dollars without notifying us. We now have to pay for shipping on small orders. The shipping prices are now incorrect, so all our recent quotes are wrong.

Awesome service & product

I had to reset my account with Customgenie and get my artwork added. Diego Reyes was awesome to work with. I got my password reset and was able to place an order. Unfortunately, I misspelled one of the names. They were able to make the correction for me.

I absolutely hate the conversion from…

I absolutely hate the conversion from Name Badges international to Custom Genie. Ordering is more cumbersome, as is paying. I gave them one more shot. Non responsive to an email request after several days. Will be looking elsewhere to order what I need.

very difficult to place the order

very difficult to place the order. My english is not too good and I had a hard time finding out how to fill the form. I had to go through chat to have some cues and even then, it wasn't easy to understand. I sent an email with our logo, names list and the details of what we wanted but it seems that I also have to fill the form on line. Even now, I am still note sure if my order will be taken care correctly :(
