The logo on one of the stickers was not…

The logo on one of the stickers was not in the place that I put it online and when I received it, it was lower and mismatched. It was not when I approved it.

Quality has gone down hill since merger

This place has been great FOREVER! Except now they merged company's with "Custom Genie" and now my prints look like they were printed one someone's 1980 printer. Very unhappy with the merger. Please go back to the way you were

Perfect solution for front panel labels

I researched many on-line label companies before deciding to use Stickers International for my electronic products' front panel labels. They had the best prices and their site made it easy to design my artwork to meet their needs. The labels arrived in about 4 days and look great! I will be using Stickers International for all my future label needs.

A couple of issues but customer service was responsive.

A couple of issues but customer service was very responsive. They charged me twice for my order and I had to email twice to get a response, but they did respond and they did credit me back for the extra charge. The stickers took 2 and a half weeks to get here. They don’t provide a tracking number. I called to see what was taking so long. They answered the call quickly and were able to tell me when they would arrive. Stickers look great, exactly what I wanted. I would do business with them again and allow for plenty of time to get my order.

Communication regarding order is bad.

I have placed many orders through Stickers International and have a good experience. This last round, has not been good. No email confirmation of order placed, no information for tracking. I have sent emails with no response as well as chatted with a customer service agent. The agent said my order was complete and would supply tracking, but I haven't recieved anything yet.

I still haven't gotten my order

I still haven't gotten my order. Ordered 10 days ago. Was supposed to get 9/22/2025. Yall Promised me my order everytime I talked to you. And yet here we are still no tracking number. Just a continuous Promise by email that it'll be shipped tomorrow.

Misleading Coupon + Delivery Delays

The Coupon that I used did not specify that Domed stickers were not covered, seems like a false description to me.

Then the stickers did not arrive (and have not yet arrived) as scheduled - customer support say that they ran out of ink and that they're hoping to get them sent out by the end of this week.

10/2/25 - Despite the response from SI here, there has still been no update and no shipping notification :-( If it wasn't that I've dealt with SI before, I'd be thinking this was a scam company

Still waiting after 3 weeks

It's been almost 3 weeks and I still do not have shipping information. I was finally contacted that my order would be shipped yesterday or today and nothing further so I am not at all pleased with my experience.

Give your customers confirmation

This was my first order with your company. I did not recieve an order confirmation, progress or updates on my order, and no further correspondence what so ever. I finally called after a week to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that it should be out of production and getting ready for shipping. I was placed in hold when I asked about a time frame.
Then I was told that the order was never filled because there was no sticker paper available. When I asked why I wasn't notified, she explained that they were just given notice that day, and offered me a refund.
I agreed to the refund, and was informed that I should recieve confirmation of my cancelation within an hour. It is now 29 hours later and I do not have an email confirmation nor do I have my funds returned.
I will not be shopping with your company again.
I understand that things happen out of your control, however you should always make sure to let your customers know when there will be a delay with their order.
