Usually I give 5-stars but this time, someone dropped the ball. I ordered 2 rolls of canvas media on June 19th and just got the order today, July 9th. This was after a few phone calls trying to track down my order. After these calls (which I shouldn't have had to make) everything got sorted out and I finally received my canvas. Otherwise, Lexjet has good products and I will continue to order in the future. Thank you.

website not honest and customer lost
website order. Computer never said that the material was backordered over a month and a half, took my money and never let me know, weeks later, material still not in hand. The order said I would have it in 3 days, paid for my installation lifts, had a crew set to come in, no material. After inquiring after the UPS truck did not deliver, I find that, "if there are no delays, it is backordered and will ship the end of July, it was June. Very very frustrated and out a lot of money and still do not have a product to install nor a custer now to install it on.

Your website said that this would be…a next day delivery
Your website said that this would be delivered the next day....this was at 2-3 PM ( we have ordered many many items from you at that time of day or later and they are shipped right away and received next day)....you then sat on my order for over a day and that means it took 2 days for delivery instead of just one.
I needed the item in question THE NEXT DAY not when you felt like shipping it out. If I had know that it would be delayed I would NOT have ordered it
