I have bad luck with getting my orders…
I have bad luck with getting my orders shipped on time. In the past I've had larger orders bundled and shipped LTL without anyone telling me. The result was the materials arriving later than expected. It was explained that was the more cost-effective way. A phone call would've been nice so I could plan my production accordingly. This recent order was placed around 9:30/10am, and still didn't ship that day. I think blame was placed on UPS. I doubt that was the real answer. I like the material, and my rep in the office. But, the guys in the warehouse are making it difficult to keep ordering.

One of the ordered items has remained backordered without further explanation. Mistakes in availability happen, but at some point further customer contact would be appropriate.

Customer service is not good
Customer service is not good. I bought ink on line. They back ordered some inks but still charged me as if they shipped the complete order. I replied to the email confirming shipment and requested they adjust the shipping and cancel the back order. I have not heard back and it has been a week. I will not use them again.

I needed to purchase the following
I needed to purchase the following: Elements Crystal Opal Gloss Canvas - 24in x 40ft
After some back and forth on a chat for the 17 inch option and finding out it was back ordered and going to take weeks to get in, I decided to order the 24 inch canvas which was available and in stock via your website. As soon as I placed the order I was informed it is on back order. I am trying to print for some upcoming art festivals and now I have to use my 36 and 42 inch canvas and incur a lot of waste.
We sell our photography in canvas and metal. Had I known about this being on back order we would have changed our plans on what we order from our metal lab and offered less framed canvas prints.
