I ordered ink from this company for the first time ever. They sent me the wrong ink... I have emailed them and NEVER got a response. I will be reaching out again!! I don't think I will ever do business with this company again. The customer service seems non existent.

Printer arrived sooner than expected
Printer arrived sooner than expected. Easy to set up after watching a couple YouTube videos. First prints came out great on the included sheets of Canon paper. I tried to register my purchase but it would not allow me to download my digital receipt. I have ordered a variety of papers and will be profiling them as soon as they arrive, then I can really get at printing my images.

I think the quality of the paper is…
I think the quality of the paper is kind of bad. I think it’s used for temporary use only which I use it for, but if I try to send a poster in the mail.. my ink runs off the paper that has never happened to me and I’ve been using this paper for years, so I’m not sure what was wrong, but I had to refund a customer her money back. I still use this paper but only for local orders.

Late delivery and damaged package.
Packages came later than indicated when purchased. One box was partially ripped open. The paper roll inside was damaged. I had to roll several feet of damaged paper off before I could get to usable stock. I would have sent it back but because the delivery was so late I needed it so as not to miss a client deadline. But several feet of expensive paper had to thrown out.
