Extreme Shipping Times
We ordered product on the 7th of May. It was supposed to arrive the 12th of May. Our client is expecting their order no later than the 18th. Now shipping has it coming in on the 19th. UNACCEPTABLE.

My first order I ordered the wrong printer ink. After I received my order I immediately called customer service and ordered correct ink. I’m trying to return the wrong ink. Tomorrow Monday 5/11/26 will be 3 weeks and customer has not gotton back to me. I have called twice. The worst customer service.

I was told I would receive ink with…
I was told I would receive ink with around a year left on warranty and only received a box with 5 months warranty. We will try again on next order and see if this was a one time deal!
