Not alerted of issue with production that delayed order past event
My sticker order was supposed to arrive for an event in 2 weeks and I was never notified of shipping, so I reached out. They let me know that there was an issue with production and that they would be printed for another week. Super frustrating that no one reached out when the issue arose because now I don't have what I need for an important event. If they had told me I could have ordered somewhere else. I've ordered from this company for 6 years and won't be again.

Poor quality

Not good customer service, scam
They're not very professional when it comes to customer service, and they REFUSE to give out your refund. The way to contact their "manager" is through a group email, how.... professional of them.

Domed Stickers Issues
I experienced a printing issue with the domed stickers I ordered. I reached out on multiple occasions to try to resolve the issue but have never heard back from anyone as of yet. I'm a little disappointed that no one is available for after the sales customer service.
