very poor customer service

very poor customer service: call center and website. Not helpful at all.
This was the delivery/courrier of Ikea. Hope Ikea won’t use them, The courier’s poor service is displacing IkeA’s good reputation.

Terrible delivery service. First delivery I missed, then waited 5 weeks for it be redelivered.

Second, I called to ask where the depot was so I could go pick it up. They had no idea. No one has gotten back to me

My delivery was missed - HOW?????? I am at home - my car is outside and if the lazy driver bothered to actually get out of his car, he would have seen my front door wide open too. And I love the "your feedback has been passed on to our Team to improve service. We are sorry for the inconvenience". Yeah, how about you just call out to me - my open door is about 6 metres from where I was sitting - nooooooo, much easier to just dump it in the post box instead of using your legs to take a look.

First time I encouter a courier like…a Man with No Word of honor

First time I encounter a courier like this,how many times they've asked me to wait for the delivery, I even cancelled my appointment just to wait for the item that they are going to deliver, but I've waited for nothing, I called up the office and telling me to wait for another day and it's same thing happened, then they've promised me to deliver again the next day and same thing happened again, till now I'm still waiting, WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!

worst delivery in the whole UAE. courier lied that he couldn't reach my by phone for few days though these were working days and I was completely available. i had to search my parcel and ask few times to make delivery instead of refund. so in general delivery in Dubai took a week. awful service, hope i will never experience them again

Very shoddy express delivery service if you can call it that

Very shoddy delivery service. I paid for express delivery of an item on 6th July and this was confirmed on email. After I paid for it through the Good Guys online I received an sms saying the delivery date by global express was the 10th July - well after I needed it. I phoned back. Team global express then sent me an email saying they would delivered the item on the he 7th. I stayed in waiting for it. Left the screen door at the front open, with a doorbell that is working. I sat in the sunroom where I could see cars arriving if they went up the side of the house. They then sent me at 1 pm a notice saying that they had tried to deliver the item but “there was no one at home”. I had good service when I rang the team global express number - who said they could drop it off nearby, but I am unwell and will have to walk down the road to get it. It would have been wonderful if they had done their job and made any effort to check I was at home - because I was!!! - not much point in paying them for a service they do not supply. I tried so hard to follow their instructions but they clearly don’t make much effort for customers.

They do not deliver

They do not deliver. In the agreed time slots, they never call back, they speak poor English, they use stupid WhatsApp messaging service. Never work with them.

Teamex

Teamex, i would avoid at all costs. That means don't bank with Rakbank. If you looking at having something delivered, ask the company which courier service they use. If they say teamex, look for an entirely new company. Anyone that works with teamex obviously has no interest in customer satisfaction.
Never available when you call.
Impossible to schedule delivery.
Pointless scheduling delivery because they deliver at random times.
If you miss a delivery you never hear from them again.
The whatsapp chat is useless.
The app does not work properly.
And the website is so so poorly designed. Nothing works!!
Save yourself the frustration. Run away from teamex at all costs

I would never buy anything from this…

I would never buy anything from this company ever again. I ordered products and they never arrived. Two weeks later my Amazon says they were delivered. Who were they delivered to? Not me! I emailed the seller to find out where the package would be or to get a refund because of their faulty delivery and received the worse response for customer service that I have ever received from any company. They told me to call the carrier myself, who I don't know who that is, and ask them where the package is located. Then go to my neighbors to see if they received the delivery. I requested my package be delivered or a refund and got neither one. Please do yourself a favor and save your money and use another company besides this company.

Surprisingly fast considering COVID…

Surprisingly fast considering COVID situation.
Placed an order Friday with Sharaf - expected delivery was 2-5 business days which with COVID was always dubious as usually it's the courier company that let's down the whole show. Order was delivered by Team Express Sunday (on 2nd business day) - before even Sharaf knew it would be delivered (received a notification after the delivery saying it had been collected and would get it in a few days!).
So unsure if it's an outlier but so far much better delivery than other delivery companies in the UAE right now.

Bought some baseball pants- been trying…

Bought some baseball pants- been trying to contact service for 30 days- no responses - some crazy story that they are moving their service department- NEVER BUY FROM THEM if you are thinking you can make a return. They don’t care enough to respond
I got an email from them 2.5 weeks after starting....asking for item number...I responded that one now 4 times over the last 2 weeks and no response again.
