The worst company in world. Not single of their phone works, they deliver after 10 days in same country in uae.
Poor Service
Firstly, your courier driver can't find us, yet the regular driver can - so this shows that you are employing the wrong people, secondly we request re-delivery (to the same address), still nothing, but by this time I have since deleted the tracking #, and your customer service staff can't look up addresses.

I paid through the nose for delivery, the delivery was from somewhere SUPER close to my house, I could have driven there in less than half an hour.
They say they attempted delivery, which is absloute crap- because I was home ALL DAY waiting for it. It's my medication, and I am in dire need of it. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the arrogance of this company, giving me a delivery time IN WRITING, then flat out lying and saying delivery was attempted. In reading all the gross reviews they have gotten, I will be notifying the ACCC in relation to their utter lack of competence, and not delivering people's important deliveries on time.
Shame on you Team Express. You should not be in business. They are lying, manipulative, and won't even answer the phone.

Worst delivery company - shouldn't be in business
A delivery company that seems to have absolutely no idea how to (or no desire to) deliver things, honestly shouldn't be in business. Either management or the drivers can't be bothered to do the deliveries they get paid for - they want to force everyone to go to the depot to collect. I won't be purchasing from businesses that use this company for delivery. The customer service people are very kind however it takes literally 4+ phone calls and multiple days of waiting for a package 'with driver for delivery' that they never had any intention of actually delivering that day. Also the typical 'attempted delivery' when they never even knock on the door. Unbelievably frustrating.

Absolutely disgusting service, driver claims address doesn't exist when every other delivery company can, they don't call you if they cant find you, customer service is terrible they just say no we cant do that and they will look into it. Team global express are a joke. Avoid at all costs.
I have a $1500 piece of delicate equipment that has been 'on board for delivery' for 3 days now. Bouncing around in the back of a van or truck! Multiple phone calls, complaints etc and not one call back. They use offshore call centres that are next to useless at solving the problem. Everyone I speak to tells me that they have escalated the complaint and no one ever calls back. Avoid this company at all costs. I have wasted over 3 hours on the phone with this company and I still don't have the delivery. I would give zero stars if I could.
Incredibly disappointing delivery by incompetent employees
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Team Global Express. The delivery of our new washing machine turned into a nightmare due to the appalling attitude of the drivers. Not only did they obstruct their own path while navigating the appliance, but when attempting to remove the old washing machine, their agitation reached a new level. Despite our attempts to assist, they incessantly complained about the old one not fitting through doors. In a desperate attempt to facilitate the process, I offered to remove a door, only to be met with the driver abruptly abandoning the task, claiming he couldn't wait and had other deliveries. To make matters worse, both employees refused to provide their names when threatened with contacting their manager. In addition to this, the truck registration, 1DEB277, was associated with this calamity. The so-called delivery "attempt" occurred on the 4th of February 2024 at 12 pm, marking a time when the employees' regrettable attitude was matched only by their lack of professionalism. A delivery experience that was not only frustrating but also underscored the incompetence of this company and its staff.

They missed the scheduled delivery date with no explanation or communication sent. You wait ages to speak to them on the phone and listen to the stupidest call back saying they provide the best service. The service is useless, customer service team don't have an explanation as to where your parcel is or why it is late. Amazing that a job as simple as delivering a parcel in downtown dubai is so complicated for a business.

Terrible company not fit for purpose. My package I ordered was due to arrive on January 5th latest. I had to collect the package yesterday (at my own time and expense) from one of their depots.
The communication from this company is non existent, the customer care team is beyond poor and most surprisingly when i enquiried about picking up the package from the depot they had no direct line to their depot where all the packages are processed. Team Express is a scam, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They don't want to help you and they make it so hard to contact them with any issues regularly putting you on hold for long periods of time. This is a company you do not want to do business with
Bad customer service
I found a lot of times that Team Global Express charged us wrong amount. I had to raise ticket and chase after credit back from billing team but at the same time the credit team block our account saying we are not paying our invoice. Clearly there's no internal communication in such a big company.
I wouldn't give any star if there's such option available.

Worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. I have waited for two days to have this package delivered leaving my gate unlocked and me vulnerable only to be told they couldn’t deliver it and I could pick it up from the depot. No I can’t. Get your act together. I’m going to make a very strong complaint to the sender of this package and demand my money back from my credit card provider. I would urge any big company sending packages out not to use this company. You will lose business
Can't cope with work load
For three days I checked tracker for updates for three days my package bounced around the Depot. Scanners. Package picked up Mon 4 Dec expect delivery Thur 7dec, no delivery, contact Call Centre number, might as well sack all staff, absolutely totally useless just read back to you what you are viewing on the tracker call 1300 number ( Supposedly Customer Service) takes you back to 13 15 31. Email sent to me, asking to allow 24 to 48 hrs for a response and my package not being delivered within the time frame was due to a BACK LOG, it would be obvious to a blind man that if there is a back log and your not coping don't keep adding to the pile. On 13 Dec cancelled order from Seller and recommended they change courier service. PS, Australia Post process a much larger volume, and they process quickly, even when it's coming from Intestate from Team Global Express a lousy 1 hour drive away, still waiting 16 days later.

I contacted Team Global Express, turns out that they only made one delivery attempt on the 2nd November 2023, no attempt on the 11th, 12th, or the 13th (today), the excuse given by Team Global Express was that Amazon orders aren't eligible for re-delivery, and my only option is to pick the parcel up from the depot, but, I don't have transport since I don't have a car, had to contact Amazon to get the books I ordered, re-ordered....I'm very disappointed with Team Global Express, they wasted my time and costed Amazon money.....so, they only get one star, wish I could give them no stars.
Liars
I was advised that my two parcels from NEXT UK would be delivered on Monday 6th Nov 2023 and I was working from home that day. I received notification early morning that no one was home to sign for my parcels. We have security cameras and the a video door bell but no evidence of any delivery person - funny that. I contacted the TGE and was only able to chat with them on a messaging system which was very difficult. They offered for me to collect my parcels from their depot at the airport. I said no, I paid for delivery, I'm home today to receive delivery, please deliver the parcels today. They said they couldn't do that - I told them they had breached our contract by not even bothering to attempt delivery but didn't care. I am going to see if I can get a refund from NEXT for my order and the delivery costs. I'm sick of liars in the delivery industry, just sick of them.
