Don't Trust Them With Your Parcels!
Don't Trust Them to do the right thing. No tracking number, nothing to say they were coming, nothing to say they'd been, couldn't find my parcel, then after calling them, told me my parcel as at a location that it wasn't. Refused to answer my calls, refused to re-deliver in a timely manner. For medications I needed.

I don't understand why my bank chose this company. What a bad service. They kept on sending me whatsapp message for delivery schedule that dont happen and they even do not call to coordinate. Until this time 5 days passed, I havent received my documents from the bank. Poor service. Please banks dont use this company! You make your clients suffer!

Cancelled from there side for three times without even getting in touch with me. They have just cancelled it.
This is a harassment that I have gone through due to the lack of information. I am asking multiple details regarding the contact of the delivery person but they didn't help me with that as well. I understand security purpose but what about the inconvenience it is causing me?
When I am reaching them out on the Customer care number they have made me wait for 1 hour 38 mins on hold and didn't respond. I dont have any solution they can help me with nor can deliver the document.
Incompetent liars!
Incompetent liars!Two deliveries meant to be on the same day. The first was delivered to a completely different person, our names don't even match! So the driver didn't check the name when dropping off, completely incompetent. The second package was "Attempted delivery". I work from home, I was at home the entire day so I did not miss it and no delivery was "attempted". Incompetent liars! Makes Australia Post look like the Sainthood of Parcel Delivery!

After constant reminders still my shipment is not delivered to me.
No one is attending the cal, they themselves are changing the delivery days.

POOR service and communication
POOR service and communication, A comapny who DOES not care for customers and very uncaring tracking is poor and not updated till after the fact making people expect and take time off work to recieve parcels only to be notified late in the process after item is due about delays in departure.
Why do JB use them?
So everything everyone else says about service, delivery, lack of service, broken promises.
The data in their system says scheduled for delivery 19th August.
Problem is its the 23rd
was originally due on the 19th, all the sms / email will be delivered.
at 642pm on their site is says "depot check in", failure delivery due to roadworks etc at 645 pm.
at 650 pm i received an email saying "on board with driver"
i rang on the 21st, assured it would be next day.
22nd i rang to confirm to be told re deliveries always take 2 days, even though in writing the system says "resolved, will be delivered next day"
midnight at 3am this morning (23rd August) I received SMS saying "scheduled for re-delivery on 21st August"
then i received an email, same time stamp with the message "resolved...scheduled for next day delivery". so is that now Monday?
I got on the chat who said we already told you it would be delivered.
I called the number, the number said "your parcel is delayed"
I continue waiting. In fairness , when i called JB - they were OUTSTANDING

Do NOT use this company... ABSOLUTELY USELESS!.... attempted delivery, did not leave it behind a secure gate as instructed, did not attempt to re deliver. Contacted several times 40 mins on hold only to be hung up on before I even got to speak to someone. Then tried to have it re delivered when I finally got through to be told I need to be there for them to deliver it, I said please have driver call me when he gets here its a rural property I'll open the gate was told drivers don't carry phones for safety reasons.... who doesn't carry a phone these days! Then I said please let themselves in from the front gate was told they won't because I have a small dog they won't come in for safety reasons, in the end I have to go pick the parcel up from the depot 5 days later than it was supposed to be delivered. If 0 stars was an option I would give 0

the company I ordered an item with sent my parcel using this company. The day my item was set for delivery I was sick and so the bussiness was closed therefore I missed the delivery. I contacted them 8am the next bussiness day and I said can I please organise a redelivery they said the company I bought from dosent accept re deliveries without there consent I have to connect the company or they can organise a hub.. ( I found the no re deliveries strange) I said sure organise a hub but I need this item by Friday. She organised a hub then via email she confirms and she states below “We have received your request to take your item to Sunshine West Pharmacy and Lotto.
Your freight is on board for delivery to the original address on the consignment, so a request has been raised to the driver to deliver to the alternative address.”
So the parcel was already on board to original address for a delivery!! Why couldn’t she have just said that? I would have not agreed to a hub! It was back and forth all day on there behalf trying to change the hub then I get an email saying I’m sorry your driver tried to make delivery but no one was there … there was many people in the shop that day and no delivery driver tried to make the delivery so therefore did he even attempt the day before ?
Absolutely terrible service total inconvenient and would never like to deal with them again!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a parcel due to be delivered, the day it was due to come I had a card in my mailbox saying “sorry we missed you” (even though I was home the whole day). I’ve now contacted them through the card they left and they said that “the depot” will contact me via SMS with an address to collect it from within 48 hours. I didn’t receive an SMS after 3 days, so I reached out to them again and they refused to give me an address to collect MY parcel from. They told me that I have to wait for an SMS. It’s now been 6 days without an SMS and they are still refusing to give me an address. This isn’t the Secret Service we are talking about, it’s just a depot to collect a parcel in which I own from! I contacted them again today and they have informed me that a manager will reach out tomorrow to assist me further, let’s wait and see if they do that. Will never use this company again!!!

Absolutely useless. Parcel was sent express was meant to be in perth on the 11 of July. Tracking says its been in Melbourne airport since the 10th. Support is non existent.

I purchased an item from Kogan and Team Global Express where to deliver my package. The company is horrendous. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. My tracking status showed that my package was not delivered because no one was there to sign for it, so I reached out to them to arrange to collect it from the depot. Two days I spent, talking with 3 different consultants. They assured me they contacted the depot for me to collect my ite. So then when i checked again the next day my tracking status was showing deliverey was attempted again and it showed that my package was in 2 separate boxes, and they only had one. So, after two days of contacting this company, being lied to and hung up on I was assured the depot will contact me to collect it. I received and sms from the depot yesterday saying it is ready to be collected. I was preparing to go today to collect and so I checked the tracking status, and it was showing that it was out for delivery, I could not believe it. Not only that, 1 box turned up on my doorstep yesterday without any notification and no one there to sign for it. I am so frustrated, upset and angry. I asked for some contact details to make a formal complaint and I was hung up on. Do not deal with this company. This will be my first and last time and also last time I buy anything from Kogan

Set schedule is not being followed.
Keep cancelling the schedule due to not availability of the person because they did not come on time. They even not call to inform that they can't come on time, so ending up with waiting for more than an hour and still not come. Don't even bother to use their service if you have option.
