Zero customer service

Zero customer service, no tracking updates and delivery times that are actually worse than aramax.
Last update 22nd nov, local depot scan.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!. No clue why RAK bank use them for card courier services!! I have been waiting for my Debit card since 22nd November. Courier rang many times but only let it ring once or twice. Delivery rescheduled on the app at least 7 times and they say I am not picking my phone up or responding to Team Express. Requested call backs and no-one does. Card delivered today but my EID expired yesterday so unable to take possession of my card. Spoke to the courier's supervisor and he got Dubai office to call me. They blame me for not answering my call - basically said I wasn't telling the truth. Spoilt my day / weekend and now left without my debit card for another 2 weeks. Customer care non existent! Shocking service!

They just dont care if it is delivered…

They just dont care if it is delivered just as long as they are paid. The package we have been waiting for left Melbourne airport depo for delivery and it just didn't arrive. In the past we have wasted two days waiting for a pickup and the driver just chose not to take the job.

Help

Help, I can’t get any response from this company. My parcel is 6 days late. I’ve been online from 8 am to 3 pm and no luck. I’ll add my Review to all the previous ones - Don’t touch this transport company. Christmas Rush is no excuse. Avoid it like the plague.

Avoid this company

Said “attempted delivery” but they did not. I have concierge & am sitting at my desk at home & nobody attempted delivery. Now I have to drive 45min to pick up my item. Not impressed when I paid for delivery

THE WORST!

The delivery guy pulled up to the mailbox, didn't even bother to check that we were walking down the stairs to meet him, and threw the "sorry we missed you" card in the mailbox before we could get to him. And it's not at the local post office we have to go pick up the item, it's the DEPOT WHICH IS HALF AN HOUR AWAY!!!! To say I'm LIVID is an understatement!!!!!

Missed a delivery today and no card or…

Missed a delivery today and no card or message to notify where I could collect the parcel. The online message was useless, the customer phone number couldn’t be reached. Only received a missed delivery message via the company I purchased from, didn’t even know what the tracking no. and it’s there’s all sorts of numbers that we have to enter into the system to work out the tracking no. I found out they don’t deal with Australia Post. Senders or business owners, do not use them. Your customers will get frustrated!

Just as bad as Aramex

Just as bad as Aramex, except customer service is even worse. It's near-as impossible to talk to a human on the phone. The online chat is just a bot with about 3 functions/responses. If you call the main number, its an automated voice-prompt thing with the same limited functionality

Totally useless Avoid at all costs

Companies need to take note of all of these customer reviews and rip up their agreements with this disgraceful company. Got a message saying my express delivery was onboard for delivery as expected with a window of several hours. Then during that wondow I get a message saying it has been delayed. Check tracking and it has been returned to the depot no other explanation and certainly no delivery attempt. I will be complaining to JB HIFI and will refuse to buy from any company that uses these incompetent clowns.

Shocking for customer service…

Shocking for customer service absolutely the worst in the world for sure. I could not see any contact number on their website then I found one elsewhere then it offers you only for my tg and it was a nightmare also. Obviously if you have any concerns they don't want to help or know about it and are not interested in customer service just AI BS.

I'd rate lower if I could

My items attempted delivery today (I had no idea items were coming today). As I did not know I was not home to sign for delivery. Parcel has been taken to a ‘service hub’ in another suburb, 4kms from my home. I do not drive and Team Global Express refuse redelivery.

They will need to return to sender as I can’t get to their service hub that is no where near my home.

What is the point of paying for delivery when they refuse to redeliver and do not have local service hubs 4kms from home when you dont drive is not 'local"

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service! My 2 parcels took 2 days to get from Melbourne to Brisbane, sat in Brisbane somewhere for 4 or 5 days. (Hard to tell as they don’t update tracking on the internet) They couldn’t only deliver 1 of them yesterday as they have to deliver both together ( go figure). So as of now 1 is in Brisbane and blow me down the 2nd 1 is up in Rockhampton.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless! No warning they will be delivering and then want you to be home any time from 9 to 5. Demand an 8 hour window!!! Depot locations are nowhere near convenient and everything they do takes 1-2 business days. Beyond ridiculously rubbish!

Absolute Rubbish

Oh my goodness. This must be the worst delivery company on planet earth. They have no idea when my packages will be delivered despite giving me two different dates when I stayed in all day waiting. They promise to email new delivery dates then you never hear from them. The online tracking is the worst experience I have ever encountered and even when you get to speak to someone they can’t resolve the problem but make promises stating they will chase the depot and get the depot to contact you and that’s the last you hear. Absolute rubbish, do not use this company. The supplier is now chasing them on my behalf but still they can’t provide a date when my packages will arrive. Would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Not sure how you can operate in a first world country with such poor service. Their delivery personnel do not have work phones to call upon arrival. In short, they expect you to wait at your gate all day to know when they arrive.

Unreliable and misleading

Unreliable and misleading.
Do not ever use this company!
No human beings available to communicate with, only AI (nothing intelligent what so ever)
No update on delivery not arriving on the scheduled date / Paid express fee and still received no parcel on time. So very disappointed.
