I don't usually leave reviews, but this service is so abysmal, that I have to. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Words can't describe how bad these guys are at their jobs. They don't even update you on delayed orders. The list goes on. stay far away

Worst courier company

This is now the second time they have messed up a delivery.today they have supposedly delivered my package while I was at work only to find there is no package and they had the audacity to sign my name

Its a total waste of time

Worst courier ever. You will choose your preferred time and date but ended up waiting for nothing and yet they will put in their system that you are unavailable eventhough its there mistake not to deliver on time. Delivery driver dont have respect to the customer, i sent my current location since im done with my work but he did not send my documents at all.

I wasn’t surprised when I seen the number of one star reviews. You guys are useless my package that was apparently damaged that turns out it wasn’t damaged. Sat at your depot for over a week not impressed. Will do everything to avoid using you people.

Delayed Delivery & Poor Service

Terrible communication and customer service. I was expecting a $5,000 engine to be delivered 5 days ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. The company "are still trying to locate it" and cannot tell me where it is. Team Global Express never bothered to reach out and inform me of any delays, even days after the delivery was due to arrive. I had to contact them twice, and both times I was told the depot would get back to me in 24–48 hours. It has now been well over that timeframe, and the only response I’ve received is that they are “still trying to locate the freight” and will update me "when they have more info".

This delay is costing me both time and money, as my engine was meant to be delivered to mechanics who now have to reschedule their work. On top of that, their live chat service is unreliable—I was cut off twice mid-conversation, forcing me to restart the process and wait in long queues again.

Extremely unprofessional service. At the very least, they should be proactive in communicating delays instead of leaving customers in the dark. I do not recommend using this company for important or time-sensitive deliveries.

I never saw this type of Pathetic…

I never saw this type of Pathetic service in my whole life. Their customer support team doesn't mean anything. Team express Service is the worst courier company in UAE. I have been calling from last Five days. Still no response from the express team. Customer service numbers are also not connecting. I will give a 0 rating out of 10 . I recommend not to use this courier.

Clown Show

My partner and I ordered a costly vanity to be delivered to an apartment in Port Macquarie. It was made very clear when the purchase was made that the delivery was to be in the unit on the first floor and in turn we paid a premium for delivery. The delivery turns up 3 days late on a timber pallet. The delivery driver was trying to pressure my partner and I to sign for the delivery which was positioned in front of the common area door to the apartment complex blocking access. This access is also the fire access to the building. We are renovating the unit and have previously had kitchens, fridges, washing machine, dryer etc. delivered without any problems and then comes along Team Global Express. There website is impressive and that were it ends this business is a clown show, stay clear ask when you purchase an item who is delivering it? Be warned.

I would steer clear of this company

I would steer clear of this company. The service in Port Macquarie was terrible. Had a delivery weighing 70kg which I paid over $300 to get delivered to my apartmenton the first floor. One delivery person came with my delivery on a pallet and wanted to drop it in front of my unit block and leave it on the pallet exposed to the weather. I asked him take it back and come back when there was adequate staff yo deliver it to my address. Then I was asked to sign that the item had been delivered. I said to him I'm not signing for something that hasnt been delivered. I spoke over the phone with someone at the Port Macquarie Depo who informed me he would arrange to have it delivered on the following Monday. Called, messaged and left a voicemail to find out roughly what time it would arrive but no reply. I received an email that the delivery was complete even though it hadnt been delivered. Has someone else signed for it on my behalf? Call Team Global Express head office twice yesterday as the call was disconnected the first time. They were also unable to contact the Port Macquarie depo by phone. I was then informed that an email was sent and I should get a reply soon that afternoon. I waited all day for the delivery. Still no contact from the Port macquarie courier. I phoned Team Global express again today and was informed that the item was unable to be delivered. I am clueless as to why a courier would take on a job they can't do and not inform me re same. The company that sent my vanity is closed for another week over Christmas and New Year, so we can't go ahead and install our vanity before we leave here in mid January and won't be in Port macquarie to receive it.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. My packages were titled 'created' on the 10th of December and didn't move from that point for nearly 2 weeks. They said attempted delivery at one point, then said that they do not deliver to my area and to contact them for an address to pick them up from. Tried to call, was on hold for 2 hours only for someone to pick up and hang up on their end. This company is actually Toll but they changed their name to Team Global Express. The online chat is of no use, it asked for a tracking number which I provided, the the AI chat bot typed "Thank-you, goodbye"
My kids Christmas presents still haven't arrived, they missed out on nearly all of their presents Christmas day because of this dodgy and disgraceful company. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one, many of my neighbours and friends in mine and surrounding suburbs, have never received their parcels either. This company needs to be held accountable for their misconduct and the business needs to be fined and jailed for theft! Reporting them to the The Australia consumer commission, I suggest everyone else with complaints, do the same. It's the only way this business will take anything seriously!

Horrendous

Horrendous. Why don't the company executives read all these appalling reviews and make the necessary changes? Parcel sitting still for a week in the same town as the delivery address. 5 weeks to get a parcel through…

5 weeks to get a parcel through customs, then tracking stopped, luckily it was my personal items with an AirTag inside, 2 days after it arrived at the local depot I went and asked for it, hadn't been unloaded from the lorry, they updated tracking to say delivered !!

The Worst

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with...well, not that I could get through to them to deal with them. Worked from home on the delivery date, they didn't ring the doorbell or tap the door, just put their "Sorry we missed you" card in the mailbox. I've spent close to 4 hours on hold over 2 days trying to understand where my parcels are. Kogan need to avoid using this company, they're pathetic and don't offer a service to communicate with them. Their online chat is limited and the phone lines are clearly not manned.

Literally the worst company in the…

Literally the worst company in the world, avoid it and any retailers cooperate with it. Never attempt to deliver but put your parcel straight away into collections point far away without leaving a card.

Hopless, avoid at all cost

The worst. We waited at home for two days for a package to show up that needs a signature. We checked the web site but nothing gets updated in real time. Clearly the delivery date shown was wrong so we called. After being on hold for an hour the help desk person had no idea what was going on. So, its Christmas and i guess we'll just keep waiting around every day until it shows up. Seriously thinking about looking into legal action.
