Customer Relations, Paul is the best, definite problem solver

I initially had some trouble tracking my item as it had not been scanned in anywhere. after making some enquiries i found Paul in the customer relations team at TGE and he was amazing in his role and helped ensure my item was on the way. this knowledge was calming and helpful. My item did arrive within allocated time frame. i think Paul is an asset to TGE as he solved everything in a timely fashion and was very responsive to return emails. written by Chris Dean

Failed delivery

I was expecting a fridge a delivery from JB Hi-Fi. Received the message with the delivery interval from Team Global Express the day before. 1 hour after the delivery interval ended I called them just to find out their truck broke down in the morning but they didn't bother letting us know about it. They were also rude over the phone. I hope we will not have to deal with them ever.

Worst delivery service EVER!!!

Worst delivery service you will EVER find in your life.
They currently have my parcel but keep “pretending” that they can’t get to us when it is written in colossal letters on the gate how to open it.
They are now trying to talk me into picking it up at their own depot, which is not going to happen because I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY!
Avoid it at all times, I honestly don’t know how they are still operating, they customer service is the worst you will ever experience!
Stay away from them, they are scammers!

Hi team, may you please find out the name of my delivery driver? It’s the same person I wrote about last time. Really happy again because I didn’t have time to be running to the post office before work, and even though I missed the call on my phone, the delivery man saw me on my balcony and came back to give it to me. Brilliant service, thanks. Helped my day heaps.🙏

Completely Unreliable – Ruined a Special Occasion

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Team Global Express that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

A basketball hoop was being delivered for my son’s birthday (ordered on 3rd July 2025, delivery promised by 6th July). Not only was the delivery delayed, but on 7th July — my son’s actual birthday — I received an email saying the package had been delivered.

We were home the whole day waiting, and yet nothing was delivered to our address in Clyde North. After some digging, we found out the parcel had been delivered to Dandenong, a completely different suburb.

I tried calling Team Global Express and was left on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer and no support. No updates, no clarification, and no real assistance — just complete silence when it mattered most.

This careless service ruined a special day for my child, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I will never use Team Global Express again, and I will strongly discourage others from trusting them with anything time-sensitive or important.

literally the most useless company in australia, pay 4 time what aus post charge to use there express service and auspost deliver shit 3 days faster. package picked up a week ago in sydney, arrived in adelaide 3 days ago, and still not on board for delivery. absolute joke.

last package was 'delayed' due to items being 'damaged' and needing to be inspected and repackaged, arrived 3 days later in the original package with 0 signs of damage, just a lie because theyre too useless to actually deliver shit.

Appalling. You'd be better off sending it via carrier pigeon.

Sent a ridiculous amount of texts and emails, but didn't bother to attempt delivery properly. I am in my house, sitting near my window, with my car in the driveway. I received a message saying that they couldn't deliver, since I wasn't home. They didn't ring the doorbell or even knock.
Of course, there's no one to phone, and their chat 'support' makes you wait for half an hour.

Grossly unprofessional, dishonest and shabby. Avoid.

A delivery company that doesn’t deliver

Drivers have an amazing ability to fail to deliver packages without getting out of their truck. Love tracking showed the truck was nowhere near my location when the ‘delivery attempt’ failed.

Most consistent company for not delivering packages

NEVER use this company

NEVER use this company. Atrocious customer service. Staff members take no responsibility for mistakes and will give you empty promises which never come to fruition. Extremely unprofessional, unethical and lazy service. Not sure how this poor excuse is still running. Stay well away!

The worst experience with a courier !!! Try to avoid if you need your things delivered express.
The customer service is very bad … I’ve been calling them for 3 days no one picked up the phone and I stayed on the phone 1hour every-time I called waiting for someone to answer but unfortunately that never happened … the chat section is worst they give you 20-30 min wait time but they respond after 1or 2 hours staying on the chat hoping someone can help.
Anyway this is my worst experience ever ever. Not professional service at all 😒

worst courier services from april 15 2025, they started to message me that i have my credit card to be deliver but delivery never happen, everyday they keep sending me a message that it's out for delivery but it's a BIG LIE, after 10 days which is friday finally delivery guy call me and he mention that he will deliver my cc i told him i was not at home since it's weekends so mention to him deliver it on monday, but to my surprise it was send back to card company and card company told me my card was cancel due to my request which i never did. HORRIBLE COURIER I EVER ENCOUNTER HERE IN UAE., i don't know why RAK Bank is still using them.

The most horrible and frustrating…

The most horrible and frustrating delivery company in Melbourne that I have ever had. I bought Item from Kogan and they use this service for doing delivery, I have been waiting for over two weeks and calling their customer service on hold for an hour still no one pick up. Very frustrating, extremely disappointed over 2-3 weeks still haven’t got my delivery.

5 working days for an overnight delivery!

The title says it all. Got the complete run around, spent hours on hold trying to get some sense out of them. Plenty of promises. They told me I'd have to be home to sign for it or it would go back to their depot.

So ... stayed home day after day. When it eventually arrived it was left in an unsecured mail box, no knock on the door even!

Cant expect much....

Cant expect much when an investment firm buys a logistics company. Worked here for 6 months, promised the world, delivered 80 hour work weeks. Workcover needs to shut them down. They burn out staff, and downsize and merge positions to "save money" This mob will collapse soon enough or be bought out by a bigger company

Christine Holgate, you and your company are a disgrace, you should be ashamed of how your company is run! Are you aware of how the company is run, read the reviews and mine which is an indictment of how you run a company! My daughter and I have been trying to find a parcel supposedly delivered in November (which it was not) but the supplier was sent an acknowledgement of delivery? On the 04/12/2024 Anirban Roy (Customer Care Case Investigator) emailed, apologises as the depot is looking for the parcel on Connote G02S061316 and the driver delivered it to another address! They can't find it! Then Clare on 06/12/2024 (same title) emailed there is no indication that the (driver?) has completed the task mentioned previously! (WOW)
Then Paige Andrews (same title) on 10/12/2024 emailed there is a backlog and they are endeavouring to get all the freight out for delivery in a timely manner! She thanked us for our patience.
at that time we asked for a LIVE tracking number but up until I contacted your company last week NO further communication from Global Express has taken place.
What is your response?
To anyone who has taken the time to read this just be aware that they take NO care and NO responsibility!
Wake them up, Do Not use them for anything.
