Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Package was ‘delayed in transit’ so was two days late, then the vehicle ‘broke down’ and I have to wait another 48 hours at least. If you are a big company - do NOT use Team Global Express to be responsible for your customers orders . A surefire was to lose business!! Terrible.

I applied for email/sms updates, none received.

The tracking on their site was irregular and spotty, basically useless.

The AI Human was useless as it sends you in a circle back to itself

I waited on my phone over 30 minutes this morning only to be told that my parcel is out for delivery today. Then 5 minutes later an sms arrives then an email telling me what I already knew so useless

No communication and no way to be sure where your parcel is unless you want to sit on your phone like it's the 1980's and talk with a very (understandably) stressed person

Did not attempt delivery or leave a card even though customer support kept suggesting I bring the card with me.

They confirmed they would send a SMS when they dropped the parcel off at a drop off point- never got one, tracking details didn’t update for 48 hours.

Absolutely woeful

Absolutely woeful. Awaiting on urgent medication twice now the driver has my parcel scanned in, delivers other parcel to my partner but leaves mine in hos van untill the following day, and this is on priority shipping. I got through to customer service who said she'd message the dispatch team to make sure its priority and still no update and no medication. Guess im going to hospital tonight. Thanks for that.

Avoid at all costs

Delivery booked on 25 sept for a guitar. given est delivery date of 3 oct. at 8 oct, still no delivery, and no update on when it will arrive., tracking says there was an "issue". After waiting ages on online chat, I was told the issue was it was a large item so it had to be "handled manually"...I told them they knew it was a guitar when they estimated a delivery of 3 october, and asked when it would be delivered and for an update on the issue...they disconnected the chat. Still no idea where the package is, when it will arrive, or what the issue is....7 days after the estimated delivery date. In other words, bad performance, and bad service.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered a package from Culture kings three weeks before it was needed as a gift. It has now been TWO WEEKS. With NO updates whatsoever from this so called delivery service. All I get is “we will put in a request for an update within 24 hours”. Every day this has happened for a week straight. No one has any clue what they are doing. The most recent chat with them when demanding an answer today, they simply changed my delivery to “collect from depot” which I did not ask for and now I’m trying to have that reversed. They don’t know what the hell im talking about!! The last update was the day it was supposed to be delivered and they want me to collect from that depot- HOURS away from my address. After I paid for delivery. It’s an absolute joke. What is wrong with using auspost or StarTrack. At least they are known to be reliable. Why and complaint would use TGE after seeing all of these reviews is beyond me. Disgusting customer service. I’m convinced that they have thieves as employees. Especially after reading other reviews. How can they “lose” a parcel and not compensate or explain that. Horrible people. Lawsuit coming their way for sure!!

Extremely Disappointed!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Team Express due to the ongoing frustration and lack of proper support.

From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and unclear. I had to follow up multiple times for 4 days. It felt like no one was actually taking ownership of the process.

Whenever I raised concerns or asked questions to the Manager named Danny and the Agent named Ruby, the responses were either delayed or vague, leaving me more confused than before. There was a clear lack of coordination within the team, and I often felt like I was being passed around with no resolution in sight. This "Manager" assured me multiple times that my concerns would be addressed right away, but those promises were repeatedly broken. Each follow-up led to more delays, and nothing ever moved forward efficiently.

What should have been a straightforward process turned into a stressful and time-consuming ordeal. I expected a much more professional and supportive experience, especially when dealing with something as important as insurance.

I hope Team Express takes this feedback seriously and improves their internal processes and customer service approach. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM

Literally the most useless customer…

Literally the most useless customer service and delivery drivers. Drivers provide no notice despite having all your details. You can’t actually contact anyone including the driver and you’re left in limbo because the driver has just decided yep job done, and they leave with your stuff. Complete joke of a company

Hopeless

Hopeless. Had to chase up my missing parcel three times. Each time I was told I would hear back after 24-48 hours, never did. Contacted them one last time just to be told the parcel had been listed as lost, they couldn’t even be bothered to let me know

Great delivery service

Ordered new cat tree from Amazon they said delivery 9th sept. Got tracking number checked team global express and tracking showed delivery 4th sept. Very good tracking info updated at each scan point and delivered today. Item ways 25kgs so very happy to have it delivered to my door in such a good time frame and in excellent condition. Great job

Given an arrival time of 4-6pm at 5:30pm was advised that they had attempted delivery when I was in my driveway from 4pm. Then call to find out that my delivery was outside the window at 4:47pm what is the point of delivery hours being so late if they won't even attempt to deliver.

Worse customer service never again I payed to get my item delivered to my mailbox and got a message saying unable to deliver item it said waiting for collection with no details where to collect finally found where I had to pick my parcel up they are rude and I asked why did I pay for my item to be delivered to my mailbox and i had to pick it up his reply was we don’t deliver to all areas bloody disgrace

Awful.
I had an attempted delivery of an item - I was in the roof and heard them at the door, I shouted out to hold on but in the three minutes it took me to get down they had gone. I have tried multiple times via phone, email and online chat to speak to someone about the item but had no joy. I spent my lunch break talking to someone via online chat, we got so far then I got no response. I asked a couple of times if they were still there with no reply, then ask of a sudden I got a few messages at once, the final one saying they were closing the chat because I want responding - the time between my last message to them and them closing the chat was 1 minute.
Online, the item is displaying as as "Delayed In Transit".
Yet another great courier service. Everyone complains about AusPost but I have had far less poor experiences with them than with many of these other couriers.
