Wide range of great machines at budget prices
Tech trade had a wide range to choose from, with each item well described. Ordering was easy, with no additional charges. Dispatch was fast and the laptop arrived next day. It was in a strong box and well protected. The condition was marvellous. I could not see any marks of use. Highly recommended!

Really excellent customer service!
My iMac was delivered swiftly, in excellent condition. I started it up before I realised I'd made a mistake - it was too big for my workspace. I contacted Tech Trade who arranged a courier to collect it the next day and gave me a full refund. Best customer service possible.

Superb service
iMac was well packaged and although a day late (due to extreme weather up here in Scotland) very pleased with the end to end experience. Product ordered was classified as "SILVER" but to be honest looks like it is brand new with not a mark on it. Would highly recommend Tech Trade and would have given them another star had one been available!

Perfect replacement
Was using an old iMac in photostudio to tether to and it packed up... Felt it was a bit expensive to buy a new one for a job that is basically a big SD card.
Bought a refurb from Tech.Trade, gold standard quality, and it's absolutely spot on, does exactly what i need it to do at a fraction of the cost. Will definitely buy again from Tech.Trade

100% recommend. MacBook Air as new
This was the best experience using a retailer of refurbished tech. I purchased a new MacBook Air and you would think it had never been out of the box. It arrived in a MacBook Air box along with charger and also in a packaging box. Not even a mark on the casing or the keys. It works perfectly. The instructions are dated 2017 so might need a tweak but I managed to migrate my old 2011 MacBook air over to it seamlessly. 100% recommend. Arrived within a couple of days too and a great price.
