I bought iphone 14 from them from the klana app in November 2025 and was not switching on. Later it worked and was'nt a new phone like i saw.
I contacted them and was asked to return it with the order number
Suprisenly, i do no longer have the email they sent me to acknowledge my odrer and i have'nt deleted it either.
I have sent in emails and they have failed to reply me.
I have made several calls and left audio messages and they still wouldn't respond to me and the phone is still with me.
I think i have been scammed and they are fully aware its not a new phone they sent me reason they are avoiding me.
I feel terrible and dont know what to do again.
Customers should be very careful dealing with Teckmarket.

the money disappeared
all attempts to email them regarding a refund have been ignored
i reported it to my bank as scam and got my money back
i still haven't heard from techmarket

Disgusting company. I ordered some stuff and they refused to refund me. They even took down my review. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I bought an item from Tech Market through Gogroopie
It was a complete piece of junk and a major bio hazard
I sent it back.
Now I have not recieved a refund in over 6 weeks. Tech Market say it's up to Gogroopie to refund but they have failed to respond to many emails. I have asked for the voucher number from TM but they refuse to help.
This is one HUGE SCAM

This is the 2nd Mac book ordered from Tech market deals. They are wonderful very highly recommended, customer service is amazing and delivery was the next day. I will definitely be ordering from Tech market again in the near future. Thank you

We ordered two refurbished imacs as Christmas presents for our children.
Delivery was fast and the Imacs looked in great condition.
When the children opened them on Christmas day they were over the moon and have been on them lots over the last week learning how to navigate a new system.
When running they are a little noisy but on the whole we are really happy with them.

Apple iPad 4 up to now I have no complaints, it was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. it is performing well for my young granddaughter. The iPad was well wrapped to avoid damage. So far so good.
