Never again

I've already send two messages regarding the portable foot polisher. It brook on the day it was delivered. I paid for a poor-quality and I would like a refund. I ordered a speaker from this company…

I ordered a speaker from this company end of May 2025, still haven’t received my order and when I try to call, no one answers so I emailed them and still no response. This is terrible business practice. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Shipping took much longer than I…

Shipping took much longer than I expected. The item wasn’t shipped immediately. It took over a week before I received a notification that the order had been shipped. And I wasn’t aware when I ordered that it would be shipping from China. It took about three weeks to arrive.
Other than that, the items were exactly what I needed. Nobody else carries these older Apple brand cases, so I was happy with my purchase.

No customer service

So far 3 emails have been sent asking what's going on with the shipment as its been in the preparing stage for over a week now. 2 emails asking for a refund and haven't heard anything...been scammed over 50 pound it feels.

Bestel een verrassing box bij techno discount. Levertijd 3 weken prima na de feestdagen. Nou volgens de reclame een boos vol met apparatuur kan verwachten.
Na lang wachten kwam er een doos binnen. Maar wat er zat leek niet op de reclame. Niks wat ook op leek dames onderbroeken nagellak oorstaf van rubber slippers oplader een usb kabel ook smartwatch dat was wel oke maar rest voor €79,95 lijkt niet op reclame.klacht gemaakt wordt gedaan of niet zijn dan bieden 10% daarna 20% en zeggen dat ze niet zijn aanklikken bij reclame en foto bij geleverd waar duidelijk de naam en contactgegevens en ook de betaling en rekening op. Duidelijk steek dit bedrijf de kop in het zand . Zij gewoon oplichters

Product good; shipping and communication lousy

Product is fine. Just took more than three weeks to come with no notification anytime between when my credit card was charged (the day of the order) and the actual delivery.

no service

The tracking of the shipment is not working, I had to ask and write to the customer service about the problem. Now no one answers the customer service email and you still haven't sent me the address to which I should send it back.

Ordered a HP pc through Amazon with…

Ordered a HP pc through Amazon with Techno Can being the third party. Fantastic delivery time but downhill from there. Powered up pc and signed in info(country, keyboard etc). Next asked to set up wifi which worked with no problem. Next screen up was required sign in with a POWDR active email. At no time did I get to the Windows screen. Also the DVD slot would not open. Amazon suggested return. Being a sucker I have reordered.

This purchase is to correct a poorly order purchase that I'd like to return. your site boasts 10 day guaranteed returns, and I'd like to send the old materials back, but i haven't gotten a response, and there's NO PHONE NUMBER anywhere on your site.

Counterfeit Case

Ordered phone case thinking it was authentic. It was not. Duplicate packaging and case but this was not an authentic product as confirmed by Apple. When putting the case on, authentic Apple cases change color to the color the case is. This one didn’t. If this was sold as a copy, I wouldn’t have mind but the fact that there was nothing in the description stating this was a counterfeit made me upset.
