Bad description and bad customer service
Item description stated an apple charger. But it was not clear this was a listing with options for a charger, a usb c cable or both. Do not realise this and only ordered the cable and not the charger. Requested a return the same day I received it, this was declined a week later as they said it was outside their time limit! Pretty sure this is against distance selling regulations. Avoid this seller.

Good customer service when i got through to them on call, they need to make sure someone answers the chat on time. Also they need to make sure their email address is correct on chat ( "techpros" instead of "techopros") The product is good quality and serving the purpose needed. Rating is 5 on product

Outstanding
Great product, market lower than the true quality.. personally, the laptop was market as good but should have been excellent. Very quick delivery and the cheapest price.

Bad service.
Firstly, it claims that it would be a next day delivery if u book before 2pm and I did, but it is still be delivered three days later. Second, I’ve submitted the return form on shop, email, and also calling to the service center, still receiving no emails about the request.
