Excellent service and very good quality of my refurbished HP Elite desk
Really impressed with the service. I bought an HP Elite desk 800 mini pc in fair condition. From initial order to delivery was only a few days. Really impressed with the condition of this mini pc and everything works straight out of the box. If you looking for a good deal on a refurbished PC this is definitely the place to buy from.

Avoid
Avoid people! Or at least be vigilant. I bought a laptop from these lot through Backmarket obviously expecting it to have been fully factory reset. I was confused to find out that wasn’t the case and instead there was paper instructions on how to create my own log in and delete the old one. Obviously I reset the laptop there and then for security reasons, only to find out it was MDM locked. What would happen if in 1 year I have to take it for repairs, the laptop needs resetting, only to find it is MDM locked and the warranty is up?? Money and laptop would be gone… very cheeky from these guys.

Very happy with my Dell latitude 5420 14inch. Been using it since beginning of January and all is working fine. I recommend Techpros, good communication pre ordering. Amazing price for a ´Good’ condition laptop which is in mint condition.

I received the wrong charging lead…
I received the wrong charging lead initially, but when I called TechPros, they handled it immediately. They dispatched the correct one, and I received it the very next day. Excellent customer service!
