Relatively straight forward however ensure that you have at least a month in advance as this isn't made crystal clear. Your voucher will not be issued until your company has paid Techscheme and they have 30 days to do this. Techscheme you need to make this really clear to people not just buried in some terms and conditions.

Thank you for your kind feedback on the scheme. The time that it takes for an employer to approve and fund your application can vary based on a number of factors.

These can include whether your employer is approving and funding orders in a batch at the end of a set application period, whether there's a third party financing the scheme or be dependant on your employer's individual payment policies. As such there can be a small amount of variation from employer to employer but, once the funding has been received, redemption codes are usually issued within the hour.

Techscheme service was brilliant

Techscheme service was brilliant. Easy, quick and efficient. Curry’s not so good unfortunately and would hesitate before buying from them again. A month on, 1 payment already paid and still do not have a working cooker.

Good service excellent staff

Had problems ordering iPhone 13 on curry’s site ( nightmare of a sight) but thanks to all the hard work from Ben at techsheme I’ve got my phone and am made up with it . Can’t fault the staff for their hard work . If ya need tech get on these guys and simple way to pay

An unexpected outcome!!

The scheme is great however I currently have a Techscheme running which expires in December 2021. I expected my new scheme to start when that finished however it will now run along side the existing one for three months, effectively doubling my payment. Not explained too well!

Thank you for your review and feedback on the scheme.

Techscheme does allow employers to review and approve multiple applications for each employee (provided that they would be eligible) as, in many cases, this would be a benefit - allowing employees to apply for any supplemental amounts that they otherwise might not have included in their initial application.

Apologies that there has been a small overlap with your previous agreement but included in the funding plan associated with your order is the permission for an employer to begin taking deductions, and allow your order to be fulfilled, as soon as it's approved and paid.

No longer a salary sacrifice scheme

I applied for this thru my work to replace my broken pc. After weeks of waiting. I have just been informed by my company that they can not process this as this scheme falls outside the parameters of being a salary sacrifice scheme as stated by HMRC. So basically a waste of time trying to apply for it a seems to be false advertisement very poor and miss leading

The vast majority of our participants have an experience similar to yours.

The typical delivery time for an order from the moment the request is made on our system, to the order being dispatched, is 12 days, which includes the time taken for an employer to approve the order and also make payment.

Terrible service deserves 0 Stars

Terrible service , slow and unacceptable. Order TSPO72865779. I have been waiting now for almost 2 weeks for the order confirmation from Apple. Your Customer service confirmed to me the payment was received from my employer and since then I get only excuses. You are not even able to send me the log in link to set up the password to your own account management system . Please spare me your excuses , as I have asked 6 times by now for you to reset it , and still you did not send the link despite promises this would happen.
Further don't come with the excuses there is a delay on the equipment. I spoke to Apple Business Services directly , and there is no delay. The Shipment would happen within 3 business days from them receiving the order. A simple search in their database confirms they are not able to locate an outstanding order to my address.
So in a nutshell you got the payment from my employer , and still have not sent the order to Apple . I give you 24 hrs to reply and solve the issue failure I will take further actions with my employer and won't hesitate to file a complaint against your company on the basis of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the delays you have experienced in getting your Macbook Air.

Please rest assured that the order was sent to Apple on the 31st March. Apple Business Services would not be able to identify Techscheme orders because our orders are fulfilled by a different business unit within Apple. We have checked with Apple and the delay was caused by an erroneous block on your order which has now been lifted.

You should be able to access your MyTechscheme account by logging in via your benefit platform (where you made the initial request).

Your Macbook is now being prepared for dispatch, once again, we are sorry for the delay.
