Ive called multiple times with no answer... They are 100% a SCAM.
Do not buy from these people.

I ordered a toniebox 2 cloud pink for my daughter on the 9th of April for my daughter for her birthday it’s now the 16th of April and I don’t even know what’s happening or if it’s been shipped I have contacted the company a few times and no response would not recommend this company to anyone

Update- they have now refunded my money. Still not super happy that I had to post this feedback to hear from them.
Not great communication. Ordered and paid 25/3. No communication. No answers to phone calls. No reply to email from their site. No reply from email sent from my account. Nothing. They have my money and I have no product. STAY AWAY, do not order from these people!!!!

Ordered over $150 of goods on the 26March and the only email I got was confirmation of payment. Ive followed up twice via email, tried to phone and tried all of the different options to get anyone to answer but nothing. No email replies, not answering phone calls, nothing. Ive checked the tracked shipping, and after more than 10 days, still says “waiting for details”.

I think i might be the next person to be ripped off . $309 on a set of head phones 4 days and no contact. Not feeling great about my experience so far . Hours after purchase item was removed for website so guess they don't have any in stock. Would take a refund for sure as item was meant to be a birthday gift for my son. Guess i'm out the money and still need a gift thanks heaps tech supply shed.
Up date... finally had contact from these Muppets, well kind of they issued a refund , that's it no other contact other than just asking me to change my review here lol.
This refund will take 3-5 days or up to 10 days not sure they said both... incompetence comes to mind To top it off they sent an email offering me the chance to give them more money by trying to buy another item from there site that will arrive sometime in the distant future if they get around to sending it.
It took 5 days for them to even bother to find out if the item they were selling on there web site was even able to be sold, no offer to send another headset to replace my purchase . There is no customer service here don't take the risk stay away from this site
If you do have a problem submit a review here you will get action, as for not giving you time 10.45 last night as you say was my 3rd attempt at contacting you. You should have contacted me when you removed the item from your site because you could not get one to sell. not 5 days later . People are not stupid ..well most people.

I am pleased to let you know that this issue has now been resolved and the products have been received.
**I placed an order on the 25th March 2025 and have still not received the goods. The $453.19 was taken from my credit card and I have tried multiple times with email and phone. I was told on the phone that it was on its way but nothing has arrived. Nearly a year! ORDER #4453-TSS

Ordered circa $1,500 of Samsung M.2 drives that were clearly listed as “in stock.”
After more than a week with no shipment, and no contact, I contacted them and was told they didn’t actually have the drives. Instead they offered a substitute model — but only if I paid an additional upgrade fee, and insisted that the payment be made directly to their bank account rather than by credit card.
When I asked whether the substitute drives were actually in stock, the answers were evasive. Phone calls were never answered and voice messages were not returned.
After reviewing similar experiences from other customers on Trustpilot, I sought legal advice. Once I made it clear to Tech Supply Shed I had done so, their position immediately changed from asking for more money to offering a full refund, which was eventually processed.
I did get my money back, but the experience was extremely poor and time wasting. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend not dealing with Tech Supply Shed.

These parasites took just over $200 from me the order was placed 2nd January. I purchase there as I believed it was NZ stock. I’ve got 1 email saying the supply was 5 days away on the 5th January.I have asked for several refunds but these scumbags don’t reply by email or don’t respond to phone calls.However after talking to consumer affairs the game is on.DONT PURCHASE FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

DONT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST TRADER!!
We bought a blood pressure monitor from TECH SUPPLY SHED it never arrived. They do not respond to emails and do not answer their phone . We have requested a refund, still no response
Web site says 2-8 days for delivery, so the response below is incorrect.
The link in Tech Supply Sheds response is not what was on line when I purchased, even the price has changed !

Disgraceful business, unfortunately I too was another mug that did not read up on reviews before placing an order. Coming up 2 months waiting on a 3D printer part for my daughters machine and get the odd reply to emails saying that they will check in with suppliers and no follow up until i chase them weeks later. Disgusting customer service and no appreciation of repeat business. Would not even give them 1 star if it was an option and certainly wont be letting this go more out of principal than $.
Edit 23/02/26 - Lets get something straight, online when I purchased it said the item was in stock.... first lie. I already asked for a refund twice which your company ignored not to mention I am lucky to receive a reply within 1-2 weeks.... second lie. Since you are happy to respond on here instead of email then yes I do accept your offer of a refund and I will take it immediately, would rather take my chances purchasing elsewhere than have this drag out any longer

After not receiving any tracking information for a week I tried emailing, two days in a row and heard nothing back. So then I started phoning multiple times trying all four of the extensions that were offered and never had anyone answer. Finally, someone emailed me to say that the parcel would be arriving in three days. But a couple of hours after that email, the person who was waiting on the parcel phoned me to say that it had arrived. This level of incompetency in this day and age is inexcusable. So yes, we received the item and the pricing was good but I will not be shopping with this company again.

Ordered Bose Earbuds on 26 December, arrived 31 December, which was the earliest listed delivery date. I must admit i got a terrible fright reading all the reviews here. Sent an inquiry email to the support email address and got a reply within 2 hours. Then the package was delivered soon after.
Stay away from this company. I purchased an item several weeks ago and I'm still waiting for an update, let alone delivery. I ended up having to buy it from somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

Purchased 'NZ Stock' 8th July 2025.
It's now beginning of September - have not received item.
They don't answer their phone and took 6 days to respond to my email. They said they'd look into it. That's the last I've heard.
2 weeks later I sent another email advising that I'd now like a refund - I knew I wouldn't get a response to that one.
Their website might look professional but they are either scammers or don't have the skills to run a reputable business.
Steer clear and buy local - at least you'll get what you paid for, support if needed and support your local community : )
