I purchased this case and it wouldn't stay closed on my phone, kept coming off. I reached out to the company to get a refund. They wanted me to take a picture of the case on the phone? Not able to since I only have one phone. They offered to take the case back but I had to ship it back on my own dime. Which caused me more than the phone was purchased for. Not happy with this company and will never purchase from them again.

The casing I got for my 17 pro max is so wonderful,it’s sleek and not bulky and gives my phone all round protection,the privacy works 100 percent.

Such a functional case with an added layer of privacy, the shipping was also pretty quick. Would recommend!

I’ve been using the techterio Privacy Case with my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations for the price.

First of all, the value is great — getting a full 360° privacy case under $50 feels like a really good deal. The build quality is solid: both front and back panels feel premium, the fit is precise, and the reinforced corners add confidence when it comes to protection. MagSafe works perfectly, which is a big plus for everyday use.

What surprised me the most is the privacy feature. From a slight angle (around 30°), the screen becomes completely black, so people around you can’t see anything. It genuinely looks like your phone is turned off. At the same time, from the front, the screen stays clear and responsive — no touch issues, no need to double tap.

I’ve used it in different scenarios — outdoors in direct sunlight, in the car, during filming, and for everyday messaging — and it performs consistently well.

The only minor thing is that it’s a bit tricky to remove the case the first time. But once you understand how it opens, it’s not really a problem anymore.

Also, I really like that the front panel is reusable — unlike screen protectors, you can take it off and put it back on whenever you want.

Overall, for the price, this is a very well-designed and practical case. Easy 5/5.

The design appears pleasing but....
On fitting the phone a slight crack appeared on the front of the case. Buttons were poorly replicated and suffered significant loss of utility. Finger print sign in no longer functioned.
The case ended up in the rubbish bin

The privacy case great. I can now fo things without the fear of having someone looking into my phone and seeing what I am doing. Also protects my phone from cracks. I would rate it 5 stars,cos it sure worth it. Delivery Services are fast too.

Bought this 2 weeks ago, only recently arrived with no significant update on its tracking. Easy enough to apply my phone into it which is the only positive thing I can say about it. The privacy screen doesn't work. I'm now struggling to type or do anything for that matter as im really having to press into my screen, despite following the instructions of enabling my screen sensitivity. Save your money and use it elsewhere.
