Techterio Avis 

I had a problem with a case for an S25 Ultra and after a couple of emails another case was promised and I await it's delivery.
So far I would have no problem recommending Techterio to anyone needing a quality privacy case for their phone first class service.

Customer service was excellent my case arrived damaged and sent out a new one straight away after I emailed them
Will definitely buy again

I will be a very happy customer if the new case have ordered arrives and fulfills all of the claims, made in the Facebook advert I watched that brought Techterio to my notice

I’ve purchased a Techterio case (Samsung S25+ privacy case) three times now the first one unfortunately broke (operator error, cement and a big drop is not recommended) the phone however did not have a single scratch or anything wrong with it, and the second time I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my phone.
After emailing the company to sort out getting the correct one, the customer service I received was outstanding.
The person who assisted me was professional, polite, and extremely helpful, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I was more than happy to order the correct case straight away.
Based on both the quality of the case and the excellent customer service experience, I would 100% recommend Techterio and their products. Techterio nailed it with their product and their customer service.

The case is easy to put on and does exactly what it claims to do.

Received items ordered however my phone would not even fit the case although I ordered the correct one. The case was received scratched and dont even drop it your phone will be destroyed. Not durable and definitely is not whats advertised. Buy at your own risk. 60.00 bucks wasted over here.

The product itself is great! Maybe fixing being able to unlock my phone with my finger.. I usually have to put in the passcode but other than thay, gives you the privacy you are looking for and snatches well, just like advertised.

Customer service reponses are super quick and will fix whatever issue you have with your order.

Unfortunately my phone case was damaged in transit. After contacting the company, they replied instantly and I sent a not very good photo of damage without order no. and they immediately sent a replacement, very happy with the response and help.

Ordered wrong phone case, emailed to cancel order, customer service very responsive and cancelled my order, Money back in my account in 2 days

The cover is not what it is. Best way is go to the shop and feel for it . This cover looks cheap and not working well with fingers. It does not match what they advertised.

I had a problem with my case and made contact via email. They were very responsive and agreed to send a replacement screen out for me.

I had some problems with my initial cases. I reached out to the company by email. The company worked with me and sent replacement cases. The cases are beautiful and easy to assemble. The cases fit perfectly. The phones look beautiful and it preseves the look of the Samsung S25 ultra. I am able to access my pen while the cover is on. The buttons also work weel. I have now ordered lens protectors for my cell phone.

Seems like a good product, however don't make a mistake in ordering, there is NO refunds or exchanges. In this day and age, who does not offer refunds or exchanges! Poor customer service.

The only thing the case is good for is to put in the bin.

I can not recommend this company or their products.
