Amazing Customer Service

The original bag I ordered was sold out, and I was offered a free upgrade to the new version, and they even allowed me to change the colour requested which was so incredibly considerate as it was a present.

The quality and look of the bag is honestly amazing. It's even better than expected and the receiving person said it ticked all of their boxes for what they were after in a bag.

No as expected

Delivery : I assumed the products would be in Australia because if the sites name so was surprised when the attacking number came from overseas. However the delivery was surprisingly quick.

Size and Fit : The size and fit of the product was a advertised and expected.

Quality : For $100 shorts, the quality doesnt fit the price. Felt a bit cheap specifically with over stitches and thread coming off near the seams.

The material is a thinner and doesn't feel durable compared to most cargo shorts .

The selection is very good

The selection is very good, and the patterns appear to be well-made and distinctive. Delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated, which was a little disappointing, but overall the experience was still tolerable and the goods more than made up for the delay.

Great material and elegant cyberpunk themes. Though the item was good, the shipping speed might be improved. They can also, in my opinion, handle their delivery calendar.

Do NOT buy from this site. They will happily take your money and even send a confirmation text with an order number, but chances are that order number won't actually exist. When I realised this I tried contacting them via the website, radio silence. I tried calling and turns out their listed number is inactive.
It is unlikely you will ever see the product you paid for.

I recieved a pair of pants for $104 AUD that were too small.

The customer service line is disconnected and after many emails to the customer service team they finally said id get a refund after I threatened them with ACCC complaints then they went complely dark.

The quality of the clothing sold at techwear australia is terrible for the price point.

Stick to the official techwear store not this knock off garbage.

Cheap fabric and small sizes

Bought some tactical style pants and the material feels incredibly thin and cheap, like a canvas/plastic sort of fabric. I checked the measurements to ensure the right fit (I'm usually a 12 Au and ordered an XL size). The pants were too short and too small. Didn't look anything like the advertised picture.

Highly Deceptive, Misleading Oversea Company.
The product I received is poorly made and I was dissatisfy. The business store asked me to ship the item back to China warehouse instead of Australia.
I sent it back, and I never got my money back.
Highly recommended people stay away from this webstore.

The products they make are poorly put together. Having no real care for the craft. Even when you have an issue the customer support doesnt even exist. I hope this warning come to customers before you buy anything from this shady website.

Deceptive & Misleading Advertisement

Highly Deceptive, Misleading Oversea Company, acting as if the webstore is located in Australia. The product I received is poorly made and I was dissatisfy. The business store asked me to ship the item back to China warehouse instead of Australia.

Highly recommended people stay away from this webstore.

Furthermore, I will be filing a complain notice to the Consumer Affairs and the ACCC as I have identified some of the misleading titles on the website.

DO NOT BUY

horrible customer service - ordered a pair of pants but they had a warehouse maintenance period meaning they would arrive 3 weeks after needed, so I asked for a refund and for them to not ship it out multiple times - and yet they still shipped it. The pants arrive and they are the wrong size and the design is different to advertised so I ask to return and refund - their return address is overseas in CHINA meaning shipping costs up to $30. at this point it is customer dis-service highly do NOT recommend and will definitely not be buying again

Been searching ages for proper techwear that actually works in the Aussie climate. These guys nailed it. The lightweight, breathable fabric keeps me cool during Brisbane summers while still looking absolutely mint. The modular design features are genius.

Absolute Rubbish!!

Absolute Rubbish!!! I ordered a hoodie from them and not only did I receive 0 shipping updates, it arrived late and still won’t let me write a review on the site because they haven’t marked it as delivered. I received the hoodie and the quality is as if I got it off Temu. The product was wrinkly asf when I got it so I got my iron out, put it on the lowest setting which is for synthetic fabrics and within a couple seconds of pressing the fabric it burnt. I wouldn’t recommend buying off techwear-Australia at all!!! For the quality and price you’re honestly better off buying the same thing off Temu or Shein. This site is complete rubbish!!!!

Shipping Issues But Good Communication

Took way longer than the promised delivery time - almost 3 weeks to Perth. Their support team kept me updated though and provided tracking details. The package ended up getting lost and they had to reship it, which they did in 7 days. The jacket itself is decent, but not worth the stress of wondering where your package is.

Sizing Needs Work

Bought two pairs of plants in the same size-one fits perfect, and the other's way too small. Quality and style are there, and they offered to exchange, but the inconsistency is frustrating. Atleast their Melbourne warehouse handles returns quickly.
