Jacket arrived with a dodgy zipper. Sent them pics on WhatsApp and they expressed posted a replacement straight away. Threw in a discount code for next time too. Top notch service!

Techwear Newbie Impressed

First time trying techwear and these guys nailed it. Fits true to size, premium feel to everything, and looks exactly like the website photos. Getting heaps of comments about the design when I'm out in Melbourne.

Birthday Gift Success

Got a techwear jacket for my mate's birthday from these guys. The support team helped sort out sizing over messenger - legends! Delivery to Perth took about 4 days, way faster than expected. Quality's worth the dollarydoos for sure.

ABSOLUTE rubbish!! Items poorly made, low quality and just basically shocking quality. Item wouldn't fit, they have completely ghosted me, I've sent 13 emails without 1 reply.
Never again. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Misleading website, difficult returns

I thought I was buying from an Australian company given they have a registered address here. Turns out they're based overseas. This makes returns and exchanges very difficult since you have to send your stuff back to China (at your own expense). I feel misled by their website which made me think I was shopping locally, and even said "free & easy returns". Their support is polite but incompetent. The clothes themselves are fine but they don't fit me well and I can't return them to an Aussie address. Next time I'll just head to AliExpress to get the same experience more cheaply.

Update: the reply to this review makes it sound like I lied about being asked to return the item to China. At the time of my purchase in 2024 I was asked to send the return to Lingdong Industrial Park in Guangzhou. I don't know the returns process now in 2026.

Martine, we understand why this felt misleading and that is fair feedback. Our returns process does not require customers to ship back to China. We have a returns portal and a local hub that handles this. We are sorry the experience did not reflect that and we are working on making our logistics setup clearer on the website.

Fake products, site controls reviews

Beware as they make fake copies, that is extremely different to advertised products to the ones you will receive.

Playing spot the difference is insane how many massive differences there is.

8 months later you reply here on trust pilot asking for details when I gave you countless spot the difference photos that were so bad a kid could point them out.

You then told me no returns to the point where I had to get my bank involved.

Mate, you are a complete scam site that has stolen someone elses idea/photos and tried to pass them off as your own.

If you're going to copy someone else product and charge an insane price, all you have to do is look at your own photos and actually try to perfectly replicate, instead of being lazy with a cheap knock off hahahahaha

Then I reported all your sites to google as fraudulent. Your location is fake, your products are fake, your reply is fake, your whole company is a fake scam.

Find something better to do with your life instead of scamming people.
