Didn’t supply me air conditioning, sent 2 cheap tower fans that have been grossly overpriced. Have contacted customer services 3 times now with no response. Avoid like the plague, rubbish products from an exceptionally shoddy retailer. Not worth the hassle

Ordered Hikari tooth whitening powder and was sent tiny package of another inferior product. Whitebrite. Different ingredients. I asked for refund. They asked for photo of product received. Sent the photo but no reply. A scam! The Hakari product can be bought for £20 less in Amazon. The 'customer service' is provided by a different company. That too appears to be a scam. Avoid if possible. Try to get your money back through your bank.

Billigste Chinaware, Mailadressen auf Homepage laufen ins Leere, weil nicht vorhanden. Kontotelefonnummern stammen aus Großbritannien und Australien. Habe ich nicht getestet. Allerdings finden sich die gleichen Telefonnummern auch bei anderen Shops, die Froza AC verkaufen.
Keine Chance auf Kontaktaufnahme zur Reklamation oder Rücksendung.

I ordered the crystal blue glasses, what I received was complete junk, now I am embroiled an never ending round of emails. The whole thing is a complete scam.
I have lost interest in seeking a refund instead I would now rather prevent others from buying from this company, if this review stops someone from parting with their money it would have been worth it

I have reported the advert it's contents and the product as a scam to Google who frequently shows it.

Google are complicit in facilitating an online scam as it appears their own income takes precedent over the users of its platform rather than protecting
them from scams

Tech Widget try to give the impression thar they wish to help but this is far from the truth. They say they are in Holland and initially write to you in English then via straightcommerce.zendesk.com its all in German. I asked for English as per the writing in their advert but they take no notice and reply yet again in German. It appears to me that they hope you get tired and give up asking for a Returns Address which never materialises. I am now passing the matter on to the Credit Card Company. I think this lot are breaking the UK 1979 Sale of Goods Act. These glasses give blurred vision to me and they are cheaply made and completely useless and in my opinion dangerous

I ordered something from them, tried to cancel day 1, they refused to cancel after me asking them, cos it’s “processed immediately” and to return it via their return policy. My advise is if you order to use a credit card so you can use the customer protections it comes with, just remember you can’t do anything about pending payments, it has to process first. Got my refund email.

Techwidget thanks for your standard AI generated response to my review which in one form or another offered to every complainant. Not a single response on Trust Pilot from techwidget stating just what action was taken to resolve any of the numerous complaints. I can't find any entry showing any human intervention. Looks as if techwidget is managed by bots.
In my case you have been told repeatedly that only a full refund of every penny or cent I paid you including taxes & carriage for the unusable c**p you sent me will resolve the issue unless Trading Standards or Advertising Standards Authority intervene.
Perhaps all complainants should together looks to start a group legal action for recovery

I ordered auto focus reading glasses. Just cheap plastic rubbish arrived. The advert description was totally untrue. I would think these glasses cost pence to make. Totally useless.

Tried to cancel an order before I had confirmed but it had already gone through. Could not cancel payment through bank as it proved to be an international payment which is not clear on the website. When you try to cancel directly they say the process orders immediately in order to speed up shipping therefore cancellation impossible. Even though my payment is still pending!
Do not buy from this company. The name Techwidget only appears when you enter your payment details by which time it is too late!

The glasses in their advert are not what they claimed. They do not help me to see long distance or short for reading and were certainly not the $54 or $71 exchange rate that was taken from my account .
Even the presentation pouch was the cheapest I've ever seen

How can you do this Techwidget?? Where is your social conscience? There are customers out there who are willing to give their money for a decent product. This product is no more than a costume item.
I received my crystal blue glasses today, and as many others have reported, they are absolute rubbish. They are not helpful with vision in any way, they are just plastic (lens and frame) and useless. Maybe suited to the kids dress up box.

Almost impossible to return items bought, the return process is so convoluted it seems to be designed to put off people returning the garbage they sell that borders on convening the trade descriptions act

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing a tooth whitening product which was advertised with absolutely fantastic reviews and which is beyond awful - tastes foul, doesn't whiten immediately as advertised and takes the skin off the inside if your mouth. Their pricing is a CON. What started as a £24 purchase, reduced to £14.95 using a promo code (which they didn't apply) ended up as a cost credited to my account of £37.95. Outright thieves! Look at their robotic responses to customers complaints. Every one is the same.

The Crystal Blue Glasses that I ordered supposedly from Melbourne, that cost more than the advertised price, when it was deducted from my account, have not yet been sent, and it appears that when I try to make company from the company, that the hours that they are opened for phonecalls are from 7.00 pm to 1.00 pm and my call is disconnected. The suggested website for contact is a roundabout that constantly tries to send you to frequently asked questions or information about products but doesn't seem to actually take you anywhere. Now after reading all of these negative reviews and placatory messages from this company i'm quite concerned that the ACCC will be my only avenue. I would like the company that took my money to contact me via email, my order no. is PRE 1676349-1. You sent me emails to alert me that the order would be sent, but you haven't sent anything like a tracking number. Please contact me
