Honestly, I could possibly find the same watch on Chrono 24, or one of the other on-line sources, and maybe cheaper (although they tend to not mention shipping, handling, tariffs, etc). Having actual faces and voices to deal with, and an established brick and mortar store, makes it a lot easier to feel comfortable with what can be an expensive transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to steer anyone to Teddy Baldassarre.

I purchased a watch from Teddy Baldassarre because of the reputation Teddy has built within the watch community.

Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that reputation.

The bracelet was unwearable for me due to severe hair pulling. I contacted Teddy multiple times seeking assistance and received no response. After repeated attempts, I was eventually told there had been an email issue and that my messages had not been received.

After waiting for a response and being told the matter would be reviewed internally, the resolution I received was a link to manufacturers rubber strap options and a $25 Teddy Baldassarre store gift card.

Products can have issues. What matters is how a company responds when a customer needs help. In my case, I felt ignored, neglected, and disappointed by how the situation was handled.

I expected a higher level of accountability from a brand that speaks so much about passion, craftsmanship, and customer experience.
