I purchased a hoodie that was so misshapen that my husband couldn’t wear it. They refused a full refund & charged me a 30% restocking fee OR a $12 refund. The jacket is useless & wouldn’t fit the hunchback of notre dame. Shitty company!! Also, no exchanges unless you pony up $$$.

Product I ordered was "in production" for over a week. When I reached out to request an update on my order, their customer service said "this is in production and won't be shipped timm like thursday this week". The fact that their customer service can't respond with even a hint of professionalism (capitalization, punctuation, maybe just proof read if nothing else), tells me all I need to know about this company.

I used to be an artist there. These people suddenly decided to have a twist in the plot of their story. in 2021, particularly October, I joined the platform, where I made decent sales for one year roughly, then it all started to go downhill, to the point where the same lucrative designs made zero sales (this raised eye-brows). However, in 2023, I made less than 20 dollars through the whole year (ridiculous ) and in 2024, I made even less!. in 2025, MY STORE DISAPPEARED! They suddenly decided that they wanted to be a family-oriented business. Surprisingly, I saw one of my designs listed, without my name under it, I emailed them and asked them where the profits for that shirt sales went, I got no reply, and I am not sure if they had more designs of mine listed under their own business name. Long story short, I wish I could turn back the time, I would have never joined in as an artist. Their true colors were late to come to force.

I ordered a mug for a play that I am doing over 2 1/2 weeks ago. The website said it would take 3 to 7 days and I still haven’t seen it but I can assure you that they took the money out immediately. Highly dissatisfied and questioning the legitimacy of their website.

I ordered a kids sweatshirt...42.00 but my grandson wanted it and his birthday was coming..I received the shirt and it was totally UNWEARABLE! i emailed a picture of the shirt to the company and was told they do not give refunds...and after looking at the picture said there was nothing wrong with it..I demanded a refund and they will not answer my emails. Tried to call the company but was waiting over and hour and they never did answer the phone. Scammers!! DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! EVER!

I bought two items from this company. The courier lost it and I have been battling for months for them to resend and recover the costs from the courier.

They are not willing to help and now I’m out pocket for something beyond my control

No matter when you call they do not answer their phone. Ordered shirts shipping only went out after contacting the company. One of the shirts was the wrong color. Will not order from them again.
