Tshirt Palace designed our custom items for our family reunion. It’s so nice that our family has a unique url to order t-shirts, sweatshirts, pajamas, hats, etc. And, we have the option to order in various colors! We’ve never had this before where we offer family members various products in different colors.

We also received a unique discount code specific to our family reunion.

Ordered a special Vietnam Veteran Hat and it arrived on time and was as depicted on website.

Did not receive the correct shirt that I ordered. Logo was placed on the front only when the shirt I ordered was to have the logo on both the front and back. “Customer service” argued with me and did not offer any solutions except to order the shirt again with the extra cost for the logo on front and back ($6.00) and I was to pay postage again ($6.00). I would be paying an extra $12.00 to get the shirt I originally ordered.
Totally unacceptable.

Loved the tee shirts. It was difficult to find what to do with the first one that was too small. No return policy or contact info was found on the web site or your emails to me. VERY difficult. I’m not certain of date on first order but it was in March.

The cup was received much faster than I expected! The quality was beyond my expectation, and the recipient really liked it. This was a gift.

Total miss-print!
Year letters completely wrong. Embarrassing to me and the dead legend. Shame on you!
Refund or resend correct tshirt to make it right. If not, your company is criminal.

Item way too big - have tried multiple times to see how to exchange it to no avail. All my shirts are tall 2XL this is about 4' longer than my other shirts and about 3" too wide

I love the tee shirt. It is EXACTLY like it is pictured and the size chart was spot on. Love the fabric...so soft. I love the neckline and the font on the shirt. All of it is classy and comfortable.

Communication about processing and shipping was slow, but the product did arrive in a timely fashion. The product itself was excellent.
