I was thinking of doing an English teaching course online for ages, and just at the right time I came across the 180 hour Level 5 Diploma at the TEFL institute. Only a few minutes after downloading the course brochure to look into this, I received a call from Elaine, who so kindly guided me through what I could expect from this course. She was so helpful in the enrolment process and she even curated a special bundle for me suiting my personal needs and strengths. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and overall experience here, highly recommend!:)

I learned many helpful ideas for teaching and I was so happy to find something to do home and study home. I do recommend for beginners in teaching and what's more interesting , they very helpful when you need and they have sometimes free webinars where you can attend.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the TEFL online course. The content was well-structured, easy to follow, and balanced useful theory with practical teaching tips. I love the clear structure of the course and how many visuals are there included. It is easy to follow. As a non-native speaker, I went through it pretty fast as there was not that much of new information for me so would be nice to have more detailed explanations on all aspects

Elaine solves the case of the missing cert, just like that…
Had occasion to contact the TEFL Institute yesterday, as my 180-hour Level 5 certificate had not arrived as promptly as I would have expected. I "chatted" with Elaine, explained my dilemma, and within a matter of mere minutes, she had contacted the issuing body, and, voila, my cert duly arrived the very next morning. Thank you so much, Elaine. You're a credit to the TEFL Institute. Now, if only I could get a teaching job that quickly.
