But I did not receive any Certificate, what must I do?

I am also super impressed with the student services; they have responded in good time to queries and call for assistance. Their assistance has been relevant, and they address your query appropriately.

The course was great, Paul was extremely helpful and the certificate was issued promptly after completion.

I cant fault this company, its customer service or the coursework material in any way. I've had prompt feedback on any questions, kind offers of extensions as I am in the process of emigrating and didnt have enough time to finish up in 6 months, and the material I am learning is thorough, interesting and in depth. I highly recommend TEFL Universal 120 hour online course to anyone who wants to start their career in English teaching online!

The 150 hour course is exceptional. The modules were interesting and thoughtful. The course was professionally written also. I also thought the responses from Paul was extremely helpful and his attention to detail was great.

I Bought the 120 hour tefl course on 19 september 2023 ..received no info on how to log in ...when i go to log in and enter my details it says info unknown .. but the money was deducted from my bank account ...

Well worth the course fee! TEFL universal did a good job putting together such an interesting coursework. The tests are challenging and relevant to the content, no trick questions.

The course is super enjoyable. I highly recommend studying the 150 if you have aspirations of teaching online as the online module was very useful and provided me with valuable insight for when I found a job.

I made a mistake with my email during registering and Paul got me fixed and logged in very efficiently.

Wonderful course by a wonderful company! Paul is a real asset to the course, very impressed with the detail he went into in his responses.
