I have had Gurleen as my consultant for nearly 6 months and she has been so supportive and kind. She has consistently checked in with me, kept me up to date and been a fantastic sound board. She made sure I was well prepared before beginning my placement and has been there for me throughout. Anytime I have had questions, concerns or issues she has either sorted them for me promptly or called me to talk about it. I could not have asked for a better experience thanks to Gurleen!!

I really loved how straightforward and friendly Kerry was when going through the different policies. Also when she provided different examples of the different experiences she had undergone, I really loved that as well as it gave practical insight on how to go about enforcing the different policies.

Furthermore, I loved how she referred to the children as “her young people” rather than calling them ‘the children’ or ‘the students’, making it more personable!! Highly recommended you tuning in!

Charlotte has been fantastic. Really supporting me from role to role making sure everything happens on time and in an efficient manner. Even whilst on holiday she made sure my transition into a new role went smoothly and was always available to help and to iron out any hiccups.
