I am glad I attended as I really did learn something from these courses, the course was broken down into many different parts and Kerry delivered each course very well

I feel something like this could really benefit you especially if you are pursuing a career in Teaching in the education sector.

Very good CPD training, Kerry is amazing

I have never heard earlier about the Tempest Resourcing but I found their webinar in EventBrite about Understanding SEND and booked a place. I was very happy to find it so professional and easy to understand. The PPT was very informative and the presenter- Kerry, was very good prepared, used unique examples to make us understand each condition and it was very obvious that she has a lot of experience in the field. The CPD certificate was a nice surprise as you don't usually get these for free webinars.

Beau Bracey was fantastic, straightforward, acting quickly, efficiently and always in my best interests. Secured me a great role.

Kieran Thompson, contacted me 3 days ago asking what kind of a role I’d like to apply myself into in teaching. He was able to contact a school and find a way to secure me an interview and position where I could become a trainee teacher. He guided to speak to all the correct people, when I needed support how to teach a lesson, how to conduct myself for the interview. I had constant support when I was doubting myself. Constant communication to see where my heads at before and after the interview. It was a really great experience. I was able to feel very confident and comfortable going in. Staff keeping me up to date with information

I have worked with lots of agencies over the course of 10 years, all of which I have had good experiences and lead on to permanent roles in the education sector and sometimes come back to them after a few years because of their excellent service. I have worked with Tempest for just under a year and I'm shocked. I was introduced to Ellie Power who I thought was in contact with the school I was working at only to find out months later that infact another person is in contact with the school (Bow) who I had never talked to. As confusing as the communication became between me and the school and the agency, I found it extremely unprofessional as everytime I called Ellie, I was met with a text to rearrange a call that would not take place till the end of the week most times. A few months ago I was faced with hospital visits and passing of my father. In this unplanned, overwhelming situation, Ellie was very understanding and told me to "take my time". Over the course of only a few months or so I was still mourning my dad's passing, juggling home life and excessive work load, Ellie raised her voice at me on my absences which were a few weeks. I was so shocked and found it extremely unprofessional, rude and unethical to be spoken to in such a way especially as both she and the school were very understanding whilst I was in hospital. I have never been spoken to in all of my profession and I'm actually disgusted at the lack of empathy that I was faced with. Im not working with Tempest and would advise you to not either.
