Thank you to vivi cap I have 4 of these, for Year's and I have never had a problem with them 😀.....
I now have insulin vials, big one and little one , and i'm gonna have to get the vivicaps med for my vials to keep them safe...I have the Beta Bionic pump now
I'll still take my insulin pins for an emergency.Just in case.. but I really appreciate vivi cap, and what they have done for me.I am a type 1 , diabetic.And I depend on my insulin to survive...

Do not purchase. Bought two from TempraMed, does not work to prevent overheating in hot car. Ironically, they just sent out an article about this. The worst part, by using it, recognizing it doesn’t work as advertised, you can’t return the devices. Only unopened devices are eligible for return. Shady company and practices at best. Updated review because I don’t see how to reply to the companies disingenuous reply. ORDER MV130411, for you verification. Been working with other than helpful, Rave. I’ll reiterate, once opened and evaluated, non-returnable.

I had a problem with a vivi pen I bought on Amazon. I contacted TempraMed and explained my issue. They asked for a few things to tell about the problem and to take pictures which was made very easy to do. They got back to me within probably 20 min and sent another vivi that day. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service….thanks TempraMed.

I purchased mine over three years ago…
I purchased mine over three years ago and they are still working perfectly. One of the best investments I’ve made for my insulin. I live in Arizona where this product is so needed and it hasn’t let me down. I travel with both of them too. Don’t think about this one, just get them especially at this price. I’m diabetic and had a kidney transplant. So this isn’t just a story.

Customer support and product is good
Customer support and product is good. Puzzled when asked if the pen was not as secure with part of the collar broken away. Of course it is not - why would you have put it there? It was replaced as it should havd been - should not have asked the question!

The Vivi cap works well
The Vivi cap works well. It protects the in-use insulin pen within the acceptable temperature ranges. I got 4 of them. I should point out that it is not for the unopened insulin pen. The only issue I have is the price. It varies from one site to another.

Regarding price, we completely understand your comment. VIVI Cap is a long-term protective device, not a disposable cooling pouch or a short-term accessory. When the cost is broken down over years and years of daily use, it becomes a very small daily investment for the peace of mind it provides, especially when protecting medication that is essential, sensitive, and often very expensive.

I have not received my order from start april. They don’t answer by mail. I pay over 2.000 danish crowns. This I not okay.

Helpful and responsive customer care team. Thank you Tempramed.
I had a delivery problem with the UK courier (i.e. Evri) who claimed they would deliver my ViviCap order at a specific date/time.
Then, for no obvious reason, Evri told me that they were unable to deliver the order and would re-attempt delivery next day.
Next day came and went. This was beginning to sound like a familiar story with Evri (they are very poor at tracking missing packages).
So to cut the story short, I contacted Tempramed, who were very helpful and were able to track the package through Evri in the UK. A few days later the package turned up.
So, maximum marks to Tempramed!! I am certain their intervention helped keep Evri focussed on their duty of care.

DHL Express Shipment is a scam!
online order with clear described "DHL Express Shipment" (almost 35$ to Europe) is shipped via a package agregator with all risks and problems with local customs. When confronted the company tries to explain that the package is shipped via the DHL network to (in this case) the Netherlands - from where it's distributed via local providers. That is not using DHL Express Shipment - where I clearly paid for. I had ordered the product before - and the company didn't provide enough documentation for my local customs to be able to process it - and the package was returned. A refund was issued. While reordering I clearly chose "DHL Express Shipment" - and again it was shipped via Passport Global - expectedly with the same bad service regarding customs and documentation.
Highly dis-recommended when ordering to Europe.

I ordered 2 of their pen coolers and unfortunately my flex spending didn't approve the purchase so I returned both items and sent them confirmation of company receiving and signing for the return package and now I'm still waiting on my refund and my flex spending has been closed

Regrets -- Be Warned
Purchased the Vivi Cap as a gift. The product was defective, which was not discovered until the person attempted to use it for travel several months later, but well within the warranty period. I contacted the company by phone and provided all the info I was asked for. Long story short: four months and counting of multiple phone calls and myriad emails, each promising imminent resolution. Finally today I was told to contact Amazon to try to get a refund from them. It was outside the window. Still no satisfaction. No questions answered. Just a run around. I even contacted the CEO’s office No reply. Buyer beware. If a problem arises, you will not be helped.
