Slowest delivery ever

Ordered on February 8th, delivered March 19th. Contacted company and they blamed customs but I didn't even get a tracking number until March 16th.

Prompt service and great product

I had two orders for two separate items. My second item came in before my first item I had ordered. I am very pleased with my product and realized I probably didn’t need the first item that clearly was back ordered. I emailed in and the prompt service I was given to acknowledge the delay and refund that first item was immediate. Overall, the product is fantastic and the service was great. I’d recommend Tend to anyone.

Overpriced rebrand with outdated design

For a $195 tool, this is extremely disappointing. The charging system is outdated and inconvenient—it uses a round pin (DC barrel) connector hidden inside the unit, so you have to unscrew the tool just to charge it.

It also requires a separate adapter cable and charging block, which adds unnecessary hassle and extra cost. In a professional setting, this slows everything down and feels poorly designed.

What makes this worse is that nearly identical tools—with the same design and charging setup—are available online for around $60–$70. That makes the price here very hard to justify.

At nearly $200, this feels more like a rebranded budget device than a well-designed professional tool. The performance may be decent, but the overall experience and value simply don’t match the price.

Delivery is super slow

Delivery is super slow. I still haven't received my item. Its been sitting at the facility for four days and hasn't moved at all.

Be honest in my review

Be honest in my review? Sure thing. It took over two months from time of purchase until product arrival. By any stretch of patience (of which I have plenty) that seems excessive. Although I got an update after a few weeks saying it would be delayed, no time frame or reasonable explanation was given. Luckily I didn't need it right away for an injury rehab...hence the 3 stars and not 1-2. As for product, I'm just beginning to try it out.

Proper equipment, not a gimmick

I’ve tried a few recovery tools over the years and TEND is the one I actually keep using. It’s well designed and genuinely helps reduce muscle tension, especially after training or long workdays.

It’s not cheap, but it feels like a proper piece of equipment rather than a gimmick

Really works very impressed. Was recommended by my Doctor and was secpetical at £200 but worked and am pain free for the first time in years

I ordered a Tend set of units in December -NO FURTHER CONTACT

I ordered a Tend set of units on December 20th, 2025 no information or contact from the company (paid $399)
Called tonight to a California number, they knew my name, telephone number, email address and order number but could NOT tell me anything about when the unit is being built, or shipped or anything at all - the lady told me she would get back to me tomorrow. If they don't call, I am notifying my CC company and filing a claim with the California Attorney General.

Very difficult to return items- very long delay that is still ongoing

I purchased a tend product at the end of November and attempted a return December 1, 2025. It is now Feb 4th 2026 and I have still not received a return label. I have been in contact with Kim at Tend customer service and she continues to assure me that she is "working with their Canada partners to produce a return label". This wait is absolutely unreasonable. I highly encourage anyone to not purchase from tend global.

Until now. My order number ORDER #24375M262413
And I keep getting no tracking number. No updates on postage. They said they don’t have that information. I asked for a refund they said they cannot give me one.
I’m not happy about this purchase.

I’m really disappointed with Tend’s…

I’m really disappointed with Tend’s “90-day, no-hassle return policy.” When I tried to return my purchase, I kept being told they were having “technical issues” creating a return label — with no real solution or follow-up.
What was advertised as simple has turned into delays and excuses. I just want the company to honor the policy they promote and make the return process straightforward for customers.

At the time of your request, we were transitioning to a new Canadian distribution partner, and that change unexpectedly caused delays in generating return labels. While this was never our intention, we understand how disappointing that experience would have felt.

As soon as it became clear the process was taking longer than it should, we issued you a full refund without requiring the item to be returned, as a way to make things right. We’ve since resolved the underlying issue so future returns don’t face the same delays.

Simple, but importantly it works!

I had shoulder pain for a long time and eventually went to see a physio. During one of the sessions, they used a TEND device on me and recommended I continue to try it at home.

I’ve been using it regularly as part of my daily routine, and it’s made a real difference. My shoulder pain has now gone. Simple to use and clearly effective. I’m really glad it was recommended to me.

Love my new tend

Love my new tend! Using it during pregnancy has been a game changer - using it before bed to alleviate tension in my calves and it’s helped so much with the dreaded pregnancy night cramps. My legs are less swollen now too, I think it must be linked to using tend. Highly recommend!

This Feels Like a Trap — Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

I found this company through a Facebook advert — and it has been an absolute nightmare.

I placed my order with Tend on 21 November, and today is 5 December. Guess what?
NOTHING.
No product.
No dispatch.
No tracking.
Just a string of “sorry for the delay” emails that feel copy-and-paste and completely meaningless.

After doing my research (which I wish I had done earlier), I discovered I’m FAR from the only one. There are waves of customers all saying the same thing — endless delays, vague excuses, and no clear answers.

Honestly, if I saw these reviews beforehand, I would have run in the opposite direction.

At this point, the whole situation feels deeply concerning. Whether this is incompetence, chaos, or something more serious, I genuinely do not know — but my experience has destroyed any trust I had.

If you’re thinking of ordering because of their slick Facebook advertising:
STOP.
READ the reviews.
Protect your money.

I wish someone had warned me — so I’m warning you now.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. Chased and they said there was some sort of system issue and shipment now moving. Another week later nothing. Avoid I am worried this is not a genuine company and seems to have disappeared from FB

Excellent compact massage tool

I began using a Tend on the recommendation of my son, who is a physiotherapist, about a year ago. I find it really beneficial for relieving nerve pain, particularly in my legs, and reducing stiffness and tightness in my neck, back and hips. I like the different levels of vibration which mean I can gradually increase or decrease the massage depending on the site and pain level. It is easy to use, and comfortable to hold. Its size means you can take it anywhere with you in a pocket or bag and the charge lasts for a long time ( depending on usage, of course). Several visiting family members and friends have tried it as it is always to hand in the house, and have been so impressed with it that they have ordered one for themselves!

Tend is life changing

I love Tend so much!!! It has really changed my life and has helped with my knee pain in both legs and my forearm and triceps tendonitis in both of my arms as well. Never have a had a product that actually helped me recover so well and be so convenient at the same time!
