Worst camera i've ever used. The quality is horrendous so blurry. Complete
false advertisement there is no way the photos on there instagram page are taken on this camera. Also terrible customer service my emails are being ignored

Terrible camera quality. Unable to return if bought in sale (which they’re ALWAYS on sale). Worst purchase I’ve ever made.

Ordered a camera that took 3 weeks to come in. The quality is horrible & it feels extremely cheap. I’ve been emailing the company requesting a refund & they answered once asking what the problem was, then completely stopped answering. I only have a week left until it’s past 30 days & I have emailed numerous times with no reply. DO NOT ORDER IT IS A SCAM.

Got the max version and for the price the quality is exceptional. Such a quality build it actually caught me by surprise, might look into the other cameras as a gift for my wife

Went to disneyland with my retro cam and it made the photos came out sooo good. Like my friends and I went in 2001

Got one for my girlfriend, came a week later than expected but that was because the shipment company had troubles at customs. Other than that she really loves that 2000 trend going on on instagram

The other 1 star reviews are 100% correct. I originally saw their instagram ad pop up on my feed and liked what I saw - the page has 100k+ followers, the videos and posts show this great vintage-style photos that have the whole 2000’s aesthetic. So, I ordered the basic model camera and the USB type C adapter for $75 in total.

I then got an email from them with the tracking number for the parcel and saw it was coming directly from China. Turns out this is a drop shipping website and they are using a camera worth less that £14 that is available on Ali Express, Temu etc. literally the exact same product.

I emailed their support to request an order cancellation and refund. They sent me a generic and irrelevant copy-and-paste response a few days later with “[insert customer name]” as the first line. Excellent customer service, guys.

I responded, only to get another email a few days later saying they do not offer returns on sale items and will only replace it if defective. Clever way of ensuring people cannot refund the camera once they revive it and realise it’s akin to something you get in a happy meal or vending machine at an arcade.

Don’t fall for their marketing, the camera is incredibly poor quality and you won’t get a refund as there’s always a ‘sale’ on.

Buy a used Sony/Cannon on eBay and save yourself the trouble.

Terrible. I ordered a camera, and more than a week later they cancelled the order. It has been more than a month and I’m chasing for a refund!!! So angry

Read the other review and laughed, it’s a retro camera and it does exactly the job I bought it for. Love the aesthetic it added to my Instagram feed ❤️❤️

Gifted my little sister their cute snap’d camera as she was getting into the whole retro trend. The camera works great and the pics looks as if theyre from 2007 but after a couple weeks my sister lost the free SD card so I emailed their support line hoping that they’ll send me another SD card. They sent me another camera instead hahaha thanks tenpocket😊

I would rate it 0 but unfortunately there is no option. The whole thing is a complete scam, the footage they put on their Instagram isn’t even taken by the camera they are selling. The camera is a really cheap Chinese almost toy like camera, really awfully cheaply made. You can get this exact camera on Temu or another cheap Chinese website for fraction of the price. After commenting on their Instagram that it’s basically a scam, they blocked me and carried on deleting my comments on Tik Tok. They don’t allow negative reviews on their website so I can see how people fall for this crap. Honestly save your money, I’m all for a lovely vintage disposable effect camera but this is honestly complete garbage. Honestly mind blown over this, debating posting a video on tik tok to actually warn people.

Exactly what I was looking for! Took it to a rave and my pictures turned out so cute and such good quality!! Could not recommend enough, 10/10 everyone should get:)

Great camera for the price! Was skeptical at first because I bought a similar camera off aliexpress awhile back and it was terrible (should have expected it because it’s aliexpress) but this camera exceeded my expectations! I took it on vacation and loved the way the photos turned out, especially the photos taken outdoors with natural bright lighting. All around a good camera, and it has definitely become my everyday casual digi-cam now. 🙏

Great camera, the included SD card is so convenient. I ordered a camera right before my trip and didn’t have to worry about looking for an sd card or anything else

Terrible camera- same one can be found on AliExpress for £15 instead of £60. They say they have a 30 days return policy but good luck getting a response from them about it. I have been waiting to try to return this for over a month now and I don’t think I’ll get anywhere sadly. Save your money.

Gifted one to my daughter and she loves it, she was so excited showing me the pictures her and her friend took in their Mexico trip! Would recommend!!
