The planning of trip, the car and the driver and the stays were really good. There is always room for improvement and for that I would suggest the team to have a better internal communication.

I booked a tour package to Chikkamaglur from bangalore.I had a worst experience.. Whatever tenride has assured to provide like hotel, pass, breakfast etc., nothing was provided...They charged 20k in advance...They gave us mental trauma during the trip...I want my refund for whatever was not provided...I have the hotel images which I want to attach to show all.

The company was fully in conversation with us till they got the full amount of payment,once they got they didn't got in conversation with us and regarding trip the driver was very good and humble and the driver made good attempt to provide us good service related to various places.

It was a nice experience. Driver was very good. He has given very good service. However suspension of car was not good. Engine was producing lot of noise. And pickup was very poor.
Overall it was a good experience. Stay arrangement was good.

My trip from Tenride to Ooty was absolutely amazing! The itinerary they planned for us was well-organized and covered some great spots. A special mention to our driver, Senthil Kumar — he was fantastic! Despite us being a couple of hours behind schedule, he managed the time efficiently and ensured we didn’t miss anything. He was professional, caring, and made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the journey.

The Tenride support team was also very responsive. Whenever we had questions or minor issues, like the heater not working in our cottage, they immediately coordinated with the hotel staff and got it fixed. Their customer service was truly impressive.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely choose Tenride again for my next trip!
